Casa di Grigoris is located in the historical part of Nikiti on a hill that slopes gently towards the sea. Surrounded by greenery, in an amphitheater-shaped valley, it is
made up exclusively of stone houses and cobblestone streets that rise up to the church of Agios Nikitas which dominates the whole gulf. The charm of Nikiti is known throughout the region, this town is in fact the most important and strategic of the whole Sithonia peninsula, an ideal place to stay and explore Chalkidiki. The house has just been renovated, modernized and decorated with great attention to details. It consists of two floors with a total area of 100 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. In front of the entrance, with private parking, there is the ground floor with a large open space living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom with shower. An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor that consists of two rooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and two large windows overlooking the sea and the other one with two single beds that can be joined together, overlooking the olive trees. This second floor is completed by a second bathroom with shower and a large balcony with a breathtaking view of all Nikiti, the sea, the Kassandra peninsula, even Mount Olympos and which offers incredible romantic sunsets. If you are looking for tranquility, relax and comfort during your holidays, but 15 minutes walk from the sea and the liveliness of a Greek seaside village, you will find all this at Casa di Grigoris. Nikiti is located at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula - Chalkidiki, the village is made up of two parts: a newer and more modern one, which develops along the large beach, the other one more ancient and historical which goes up the hill. The new part has everything you could wish from an equipped seaside resort. A beautiful sandy beach about 7 km long with natural and peaceful traits, a lively promenade and a marina where fishing boats also dock. On the 1,5 km long promenade you will find restaurants, cafés and shops: from the typical Greek tavern to the elegant cocktail bar. There is something for everyone: it is possible to make beautiful trails in nature by walk or mountain bike, to practice water sports, it is a perfect place for families and for a quiet, relaxing, not crowded vacation, with an incredible sea that you will never forget.
