Memories of the the people we have become, each of us loving these places in our own way. APG Villas was established in 2010 in order to continue a family-run business that began with our father and it’s closely connected to the estate properties we stayed during the holidays of our childhood, teenage years and as young adults. We are two sisters, Petra and Alexa, we grew up in a family with genui

ne values, respectant of rules and nurturing passions. Our parents, let us free to follow our instincts, always guiding and encouraging us in believing in the things we wanted to do. On our family travels, they taught us to be respectful of other cultures and of nature. We practiced sport at professional level and again we were thought that struggle and determination are precious allies in obtaining the so wanted results. We graduated and decided to work together, bringing forward what we thought is our biggest legacy… our memories. The villas are situated in wonderful locations in Italy, the Chianti region and the Isle of Elba… These places are pretty special and well known to many around the world! These are places to spend time with your dear ones, where you can stay in close contact with nature, where you can find the old and traditional ways of a time gone merged with the best modern comforts. For the children it’s a quite unique experience to play in complete freedom within a sheltered environment! The villas location offers exclusive views, to enjoy in total privacy, an important aspect of these settings. We love to give our guests the best hospitality within the italian tradition as well as the opportunity to come back again. In our villas you will find our passion for culture, cuisine, sports and nature, all in a strong family oriented setting. For this and many other reasons, our estate reality is called APG Villas, named after our initials: Alexa and Petra Giacone.

Do you know the difference between the wines Chianti and Chianti Classico 🍷🍷?
Main differences are related to 1) Territory 2) Disciplinary 3) Etiquette

1) 🗺 📉
Chianti Classico wine:
is only produced in the historical area called Chianti (8 Municipalities located between Siena and Florence)
Chianti wine:
Is produced outside the borders of the Chianti area (in the remaining municipalities between Siena and Florence)

2) 🍇 🍇
Chianti Classico:
minimum 80% Sangiovese grapes
Chianti:
minimum 70% Sangiovese grapes

3) 🐓 🏷
The label of a Chianti Classico bottle is distinguished by the addition of the historic ‘Gallo Nero’ brand
