BARBERA D’ASTI SCARPA - LA BOGLIONA 1996
What were you doing in 1996?
This cork was about to become wine keeper. After 24 years it finishes his good job, and now we are able to cheers with an amazing wine: Bogliona from SCARPA.
The first word in my head is… SBAM! (which means EXPLOSIVE FRESHNESS btw...)
The wine level decreases, and I immediately feel guilty: it’s good, too good, I should have waited another year… But then, NO. This is pure joy, here and now. JUST ENJOY!
E tu? Ricordi dov'eri nel 1996? Questo tappo, nel 1996 è diventato il custode della Bogliona di Scarpa.
All'età di 24 anni è stato congedato e ci ha permesso di brindare con un vino eccezionale.
La prima parola nella mia testa è stata SBAM! (che sta per FRESCHEZZA ESPLOSIVA😅)
Il livello di vino scende a metà e arriva anche quell'inevitabile sensazione di rimorso... E' talmente buona, che avrei potuto aspettare qualche altro anno per aprirla, ma poi mi dico... NO.
Questa è pura gioia puro, qui e ora. GODI!
