DAY 1
Check out and departure by private bus .
Arrival for lunch time in Montefollonico: here the group will have the unforgettable memory of a lunch at the RISTORANTE RELAIS LA CHIUSA. This cozy and lovely place is present on the main national and international food and gourmet guide. It has been made out from an old oil mill set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, with a view facing Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino and the Amiata mountain.
It is possible to taste gastronomic specialities tied to the region's traditions, with products grown on the farm and the best of the local market. . There is an extraordinary selection of local wines, with special attention to Brunello di Montalciano, Nobile di Montepulciano and Chianti Classico. "Supertuscans" such as Sassicaia, Solaia, Ornellaia Tignanello, Pergole Torte are never missing.
Enjoy your lunch than transfer to Montepulciano. Time on your own to stroll around and for some shopping. Here it will be also possible to visit the oldest cellar of Italy, located just in the heart town, in a renaissance palace.
Arrival in the province of Siena late in the afternoon and accommodation in a local luxury Hotel. Time on your own to relax. Dinner at the RISTORANTE LE LOGGE, centrally located in Siena and very traditional. Overnight stay.
DAY 2
Buffet Breakfast at our Hotel.
Breakfast at the Hotel. In the morning departure for the visit to a local producer of “Cinta Senese” salami. The pork of Cinta Senese is local of the province of Siena and you cannot find it in any other area of Italy. The quality of his meat is special and very tasty so you will have the experience to discover how these animals are bred (wild in the nature) and taste this delicacy. Back to Siena and stop at the impressive Fortezza Medicea where the important Enoteca Italiana is located. Here you can discover over 3000 Italian labels of DOC and DOCG wines present in the permanent showroom inside the renaissance buildings of the Fortress. Guided wine tasting followed by lightlunch. Late in the afternoon, departure for the Chianti area through some of the most beautiful landscape and roads of this region. The afternoon will be ended with a tasting dinner at the famous OSTERIA DI PASSIGNANO – located in Badia Passignano, a XIII cent hamlet located in the heart of Chianti. The Antinori family owns the vineyards around the Abbey, from which the Chianti Classico Reserve wine “Badia a Passignano” is produced, and which is aged in the cellars beneath the monastery.
The Osteria di Passignano rediscovers and represents the places so rich in tradition and passion for wine. The place is rich of atmosphere and charm and the food the best of the area. Back to the Hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 3
Buffet Breakfast at our Hotel.
Departure by private De Luxe minivan a FD excursion to Montalcino. Arrival around 11.00 a.m. and stop for visiting the wine estate POGGIO ANTICO. Here you will visit the family cellars and will have a guided wine tasting of the 3 main representative wines of the estate including a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. After the tasting, lunch will be served at the RISTORANTE POGGIO ANTICO. This restaurant is widely acclaimed as one of the top restaurants in Italy and offers a creative fine-dining experience in elegant surroundings, with a stunning view over the estate vineyards across to Monte Amiata.
Guests can look across the vines to the charming hamlet of S. Angelo in Colle and, on extremely clear days, the sparkle of the sea can be made out in the far distance. After a short walk in Montalcino after lunch, transfer to Pienza, lovely renaissance town in the Orcia Valley. There you will have the unique experience of a guided cheese tasting of Pecorino di Pienza cheese, at the cheese farm producing the winner of Best Pecorino d’Italia 2007and 2008. Return to Siena late in the afternoon. Dinner at the RISTORANTE IL CANTO de l’Hotel Certosa di Maggiano, charming place just at the border of the town of Siena. This restaurant is well known all over Italy as one of the best in the area. Overnight stay.
DAY 4
Buffet breakfast and check out. Departure for Volterra, the so called “stony and windy town”. You will discover the beauty of this medieval town located up on a panoramic rocky hill. Lunch in a nice restaurant in the town centre, DEL DUCA, where you can choose if having a light lunch (suggested) inside the small enoteca or a tasting lunch in the restaurant. Arrival in S. Gimignano in the early afternoon , visit of the old town with time on your own for shopping.
The farewell dinner will be served at the RISTORANTE ARNOLFO in Colle Val d’Elsa, considered one of the first 10 restaurants in Italy. Dinner, stroll in the beautiful old town and back to your Hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 5

This morning check out . Private motor coach for our private transfer to Rome. Our suggestion is to drive along the Aurelia road and have a stop on the coast for a visit to the nice villages of Talamone or S. Stefano and lunch in the great restaurant of the Hotel Il Pellicano (Relais Chateaux) – one star Michelin, with view on the sea.
Arrival in Rome. Check in Luxury Hotel, transfer to Trastevere quarter in Rome Nowadays, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by medieval houses. At night, both natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants. However, much of the original character of Trastevere remains., You will dinner in the most famous “Trattoria” of Trastevere .named “Da Fabrizio”. back to your Hotel. Overnight stay
DAY 6

This morning our suggestion is to make a walking tour long the center of Rome and discover the magic atmosphere of his streets and place like Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di trevi , Pantheon, Piazza Navona. During the visit, lunch in the restaurant “ Convivio Troiani” . In the afternoon we suggest dinner in the restaurant of The Hilton Cavalieri “La Pergola” This restaurant is widely acclaimed as one of the top restaurant of Latium one star Michelin. Luxury Ambience and Located in an enviable position, this restaurant offers an astonishing view. Here, everything is perfect, the service, the kitchen. It offers a traditional cuisine reinvented by the chef. it also has an extensive wine cellar with both national and international wines. Back to your Hotel. Overnight stay.
DAY 7

Departure To Alban Hills with private motor coach to discover the villages : Marino, Ariccia, Frascati

Our suggestion to take a light lunch in the historical center of Frascati and taste the famous “Porchetta” and white wine in the “ Cantina Comandini” cellar from 1863, with over 150 years of history, is the oldest in the territory of the Alban Hills.
