This little nature superhero left us all amazed! During the Etna excursion, he ran and moved with incredible agility on rugged and sloping terrain. After finishing his meal, he was covered in volcanic soil, just like a true mountain expert.
He had tactical marks on his face that he had created with his brother using some of the red earth from Etna (red due to the oxidation of metals contained in it).

Even the most adventurous hike can be tackled by anyone, as long as they are in good health and accustomed to aerobic activities like long walks, hiking, swimming, etc...

Nothing can stop adventure when you have the right spirit and a pinch of courage and of course... Etna is magic!

Check out these guys taking a selfie inside a lava flow channel. It's a truly special place, and I like to call it 'my living room couch' here on Mount Etna. You see, you can comfortably sit on the edges of this channel and catch your breath after a challenging climb.

Here's an interesting fact: the name 'Etna' comes from the ancient Greek 'Aitne,' which means 'burn.' And it certainly does burn, with spectacular eruptions that have shaped the surrounding landscape over millennia.

Climate change is a fact, but fortunately, here on Mount Etna, we can still experience distinct seasons. This region offers so many opportunities and breathtaking views that, unless there's prolonged snowfall, continuous rain, or strong winds on every side, you can almost always go for a walk in any season. Mount Etna reveals all its colors and beauty both in summer and when it's covered in snow.

Why Etna guided tour?🔎
The common tour buses usually take tourists to the visitor center on and the easily accessible while this tour offers the opportunity for more limited and personalized exploration of other parts of the mountain. Travel by 4X4 vehicle or minivan to areas inaccessible to larger means of transport and visit the Valle del Bove, a canyon-like depression with a particular landscape, and the Silvestri Craters. The summit craters of Etna (3.300mt) are forbidden by an ordinance due to the strong volcanic activity of the last period.⛰

For this reasons, the tour at high altitude is composed as below: we will reach 2000 mt above sea level by car and from there we will start on old and recent flows. We will visit a breathtaking landscape at the edge of Valle del Bove, and then we’ll admire the summit from a safe distance.
