Lovely group of friends from the USA enjoying the most complete wine/food tour we have: cheese, olive oil and wine tour. Together with our expert guide our guests visit three farms and they learn about the production of cheese, extra virgin olive oil and wines. They taste all of them of course 🤩 and enjoy fantastic views in the countryside near Volterra. On top of that they also learn about history, culture and traditions .

Creating unforgettable memories with this amazing family! Yesterday, we embarked on a delightful olive oil and pizza tour in Tuscany. The three daughters were thrilled, calling it the best day their mom has ever had during this vacation. 👍 Thank you for sharing this special experience with us. “I want to tell you how much my family enjoyed our two workshops at Rita’s Farm house. Monday, we went truffle hunting and learned how to make Pasta with Margarita and Alessandro. Today we learned how to make pasta bolognese with meat balls with Ester and Alessandro. We finished the day’s activities with a gelato tasting. These classes were the highlight of our trip to Tuscany. We can not say enough about the excellent cooking lessons and how our three grandsons were encouraged to help cook both meals. Margarita and Ester along with Alessandro were great teachers. My wife and I know something about good teaching since we are both retired educators.
We send our thanks and our love to Alessandro, Margarita and Ester for making our trip to Tuscany unforgettable”

Hello guys! Next week is the week of “ferragosto” , 15th August, the major festivity in Italy after Christmas. We have some spots left in the two shared cooking classes we have on Tuesday 13th with a typical Tuscan menu, and Friday 16th with a pasta and pizza cooking class. At Rita’s farm you can make new friends and learn a lot while having fun! 🤩

What an amazing group of people we had at Rita's farm for a typical Tuscan cooking class! They created delicious panzanella, eggplant pizzaiola, and a mouthwatering beef stew. This time our guests were Americans, Australians, and Brits, who all bonded over this shared experience. It was incredibly heartwarming to see people who were strangers just hours before, hugging and saying goodbye like old friends at the end of the tour.
