The Marriott Group Marriott Hotels подтверждает открытие нового отеля Lake Como Edition в этом году. Уже анонсированный в 2022 году отель, после рестайлинга и репозиционирования бывшего 5-звездочного Britannia Excelsior, должен открыться весной. В отеле будет 145 номеров, включая два сьюта-пентхауса, лобби-бар, плавучий бассейн и рестораны с видом на озеро Комо и горы Белладжио. Lake Como Edition принадлежит Bain Capital и Omnam Group через фонд, управляемый компанией по управлению активами Kryalos SGR Lake Como Convention Bureau
