In training for the upcoming Eroica 🤣🚴🍷three kinds of local cheeses: a medium aged pecorino, a blue cheese goat cheese and a more aged pecorino all paired with a heavenly Passito di Pantelleria Doc, “Ben Rye” 2015, 14%. Produced from Zibibbo (Moscato) grapes on the beautiful island of Pantelleria just of the coast of Sicily, called “Son of the wind” in reference to the constant winds which blow through the grape bunches💨🍇🍇
