The seaaon of the Middle Age carnival is here. Lomazzo, this small town is located in between Milan and Como. And here, mark the border.
In the past, Milan and Como were always in war for territory. In this small little play story is about how Como and Milan come to an agreement in Lomazzo.
In photos 2 and 3, the green on the left represents Como, and the red green on the right represents Milan.

Italian Local Food Golden Triangle
(Sorry is non halal food)

If u are in Milan, no matter for holiday or work or travel with tour agency or free and easy trip, this is the place where u sure will put your footprint on.

Especially those travel with tour agency, normally you have a half day to mingling around this area. And for lunch is by your own. But which ever restaurant you pick, the food quality hmmm and the price ....which located at famous tourist spot is like a boom to your wallet (u know what I mean). My experience: a glass of coke zero (not a can, but is poured from the 1.5l plastic bottle) cost me 7euro.

These spot, I called it as Italian food golden triangle because of 'peng, leng, zeng'. The price is affordable, the view is so nice (enjoy duomo view while eating) and the food is so good.

As u see in 2nd pix:

A is Luini Panzerotti. I call this panzerotti as Italian 'ham zim peng'. A dough with filling. But with Italian ingredients (mozzarella, tomato sauce, salami, cheese, ham, basil, ricotta, olive and..... This is salty flavour. Same same like ham zim peng with dao sar, panzerotti also have sweet flavour like chocolate pear, ricotta cheese, cheessnut, prune, apple n more. Then they also sell cakes, foccacia n calzone also other local food.

B is CiocolatItaliani
Of course when you are in Italy, the thing u cant missed out is Gelato. So you can leave this as dessert after u tried the panzerotti and Spontini Pizza.
It is obvious that chocolate is their best product. So u know what flavour of gelato u mustn't skip. I had tried their mandarine orange flavoured gelato and i personally love it.
The serve the gelato in biscuit cone or paper cup. Must go for the cone because there is a jewel hidden at the bottom.
Before the waiter scoop your gelato, they will filt the bottom of the cone with chocolate larva. There are 3 flavours for you to choose (white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate). so when you finishing your cone, the last bite u can enjoy the sinful of the chocolate.

C is Spontini
Before Spontini started with chain, they were a very tradisional pizzeria. But a special tradisional one. They only sell a single flavour pizza which is Margherita, either small slice or big slice. Their pizza is the thick type ( even thicker than pizza hut ). Are curious how they survive? Their pizza is so good!!!!.
Now they opened up the chain and increased the flavours, even have lasagna and dessert. Dont ask me yea... you must try yourself.

I am OSHIN

I am a Malaysian living in Como, Italy since 2011. I have visited more than half of the European countries and more will be added to my list. I love to travel, eat, shop and i love to have visitor so i can chit chat in my language and share my passion with them.

At first, I started this page just for fun and to update my friend on my latest news. After a while, all my friends who visited me commented that the places and restaurant I brought them was very interesting. They asked me to host so that they and their friends can see and enjoy the real Italy.

I had travel around Italy and visited a lot of small town, kampung, city, mountain, hills, rivers, creeks, beaches, vineyard, plantation, historical towns and old roman city. I have explored and enjoyed food and delicacies in pizzerie, panetterie, gelaterie, pasticcerie, restaurants, food trucks, local fast food, trattoria and bars at tourist spots, and some are local favourite spots. I have tried the best gelato in town and the most unusual flavour. I have tasted such as onion, salmon and rosemary with chocolate. I know it sounds out of the world, but the taste was remarkably amazing. There are also a lot of toppings on pizzas and even rich mouth-watering dessert pizza. I have experience happy hour the Milanese way where there were finger foods and …….. I have tried the local liquors also homemade one, the Italian best wine (Italy have the most and the best wine), different type of cheese (Italy also have the most and best choice of cheese)

During the winter, I used to trek up the mountain every week, conquered quite a number of mountains in the Alps, walked on fresh snow with snowshoes, mountain glissading on the white snow, making snowman from the fresh snow, sun tanned up the mountain. I have explored great mountain lodges that served up piping hot food and warming grappa whilst enjoying the breath-taking view. I have had the best experience at the Middle Age Royal in the palace. Watched shooting stars from the top of the hill, picked mushrooms and chestnuts from the forests while watching the last leaves fall. Exciting right??!!

I would also like to welcome you all to Italy, so I can share my passion with you here. Oh ya! Besides all the amazing experience I had, I also had my whole stomach surgically removed in Italy too! This will be a story to share with you when you are here. Although I do not have a stomach I will fill your stomach with great food and drinks and that’s a promise. This is what you can expect to do with me when you are here:

Shop from morning till night at where all the top branded street and mall.

Also shop for branded and luxury with discounted price at designer outlet.

Fill up your stomach with the best Italian food at local spot (from street food to fine dining restaurant. and one of my favourite spot is where the local pension people like to go. Is a self-service grill restaurant which serve very cheap, fresh and quality food).

Trek up the mountain for tradisional local mountain food (No worry, I will bring you to the best mountain lodge and only simple trekking for 20 minutes to reach there)

Happy hour with Milanese way (quality or quantity, U choose).

Enjoying the best panorama of Italy and Switzerland.

Coffee tasting in the World Most Beautiful Starbuck or drink the local coffee at the coffee bar.

Dive into Italian culture and atmosphere. Laugh and chat with the locals.

Wash your eye with the magnificent views.

Tried the best and weird gelato ( I am the expert because i am a gelato hunter)
