Batticapo di Ilaria: This beautiful holiday home is located on the hills between Lucca and the Sea in lovely surroundings. This is an ideal place for families with children who will find here peacefulness and privacy though having at the same time many day- trip possibilities within easy reach. The popular seaside resort of Viareggio-Versilia, as Forte dei Marmi, nearby lovely Lucca, birthplace of

Giacomo Puccini, popular musician who lived between the IX and the XX Century, and the famous Tuscan Art Cities like Florence, Pisa, Siena or the Pisa Airport, are all within driving distance. The area is also ideal for beautiful walks, bike rides or horse rides. The holiday home was refurbished with love and taste: the walls are all painted in lively colours and original materials were preserved to add character and atmosphere. Batticapo di Ilaria disposes of a Swimming Pool for the exclusive use of the guests as also it provides the Deckchairs, Sun-Umbrella and Hammock. There is also a Covered Outdoor Area (8 sqm) equipped with a Table, Chairs, External Light and a Garden with Deckchairs, Sun-Umbrella and Barbeque. Entrance within the outdoor area: a Living- Dining- Kitchen with Upholstered Furniture, Fire-place, SAT-TV, Dining Table, Kitchenette with Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Oven, Coffee-Machine, Dishwasher; three steps lower access to a Bathroom with Shower, WC, Bidet; a Laundry Room with Washing Machine and Sink; an Utility Room with access to the Garden. Stairs to the 1st floor where there is: a Double Bedroom; a Double Bedroom with french bed ; a Double Bedroom with a Baby Bed and an Additional Single Bed; a Bathroom with separate Shower, Tub, WC, Bidet. Well cared furnishings, Terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings. In the garden, on the back of the house, there is also a 80 sqm Area Fenced with mesh wire and wood (1,80 cm high) where guests may keep their Pets.
