Welcome to Patrick's. As usual, the best pizza ever ever ever.
This time it was:

- Fig coconut
Homage to the history of Genoa, which has always been a port and a way of communication between the various worlds. Influences and contaminations in their cuisine according to Patrick.
Ingredients: Pesto alla Genovese, figs, coconut cream, salad, walnut granules, agresto.

-A Four Seasons in Bangkok
The meeting of two cuisines, the contaminations our dishes have undergone for centuries through other peoples. A traditional pizza cooked as the PAD THAI typical Thai dish.
Ingredients: Cream of cooked ham and ricotta cheese, artichoke hearts, olives, champignons, tamarind sauce with cashews, fish sauce, Tabasco, peanut oil, teriyaki sauce, ginger, lime zest, grated yolk.

I’m Martina Doglio Cotto, a qualified Italian sommelier and tour guide, storyteller, member of the Italian sommeliers Association (AIS). I represent Italian wine & food companies worldwide, as an ambassador and trainer. I am also a tour manager with a 15 years experience in tourism & events. I design tailor made experiences for professionals and tourists, together with a network of partners and consultants, such as tour operators, chefs, oenologists, producers and food specialists.

I believe that tourism is a great active educational strategy. Wine and food matter and conviviality is the key for learning.
