Wow, what a privilege to be the first partner supplier to visit the new ITA Group Headquarters and to give a presentation in their brand-new offices!

ITA Group’s new headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, is truly a masterpiece—a stunning, functional space designed with people in mind.

There are dedicated areas for social time, focus time, and meeting time, along with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The layout encourages collaboration and community, with spaces tailored for team well-being, like the gym and the outdoor area and the many extraordinary features that make this an amazing place for amazing people.

Our CEO is just back from an extraordinary visit to the Venice Biennale, and he is in awe of how this historic event continues to inspire and challenge the world of contemporary art.

Did you know that the Biennale was founded all the way back in 1895? It’s the oldest art exhibition in the world and has always been at the forefront of artistic innovation. Over the years, it has introduced us to movements like Futurism, Surrealism, and later, Postmodernism.

We are thrilled to announce that Emma Egan Ingrassia has officially joined the Mutika team as our new Account Director!

With over 12 years of experience across luxury, technology, and strategic account management, Emma has delivered incredible results throughout her career. Highlights include driving significant growth in corporate and luxury markets at Wheely Technologies Limited, along with leadership roles at TEN6 Creative and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Originally from Dublin, Emma is currently based in the beautiful Taormina, Sicily but soon she’ll be making the move to Florence (Tuscany).

We are incredibly proud to share that two of our dedicated team have been on a 10-day humanitarian mission in Uganda. In collaboration with the Mission Bambini Foundation and Mediolanum Foundation, they took part in the “Mission Uganda 2024 - Heart of Children” project.

During this mission, they provided life-saving medical care to children with heart conditions and engaged in meaningful educational and recreational activities at a local primary school.

After making a donation last December to this organisation, this is another step forward in our ESG efforts by partnering with trustable institutions like Mediolanum Foundation and try to support them in their initiatives.

At Mutika EMC, we believe that supporting global health and education initiatives is more than just a responsibility—it's a core part of who we are. We are committed to making a difference, one step at a time, and we are grateful to our team for embodying this spirit of compassion and dedication.

Lorenza Gentile who discussed her latest novel “Tutto il tempo che ci aspetta” with author Lorena Spampinato. Gentile, known for her works like “Teo” and “Le piccole libertà,” brings us a poignant story of Selene, who, at 34, flees from Milan to her childhood village in Puglia, only to find that life’s unexpected turns can sometimes lead to the best outcomes.

Maura Gancitano and Andrea Colamedici of Tlon delighted us for an insightful discussion on “Elogio dell’ozio,” presented by journalist Giada Giaquinta. Tlon, a cultural and philosophical project, delves into the crucial role of idleness as a space for creativity, innovation, and personal well-being, advocating for it as a form of intellectual and cultural resistance.

We had the privilege to talk about his debut novel, “Tre notti,” alongside literary critic Marianna Triberio. This gripping coming-of-age tale, set against the vibrant backdrop of 1980s Rome, captures the poignant journey of 15-year-old Andrea as he navigates the turbulent waters of adolescence while grappling with the profound loss of his father.
