In and out of the house there is free internet access. A large terrace with a stunning view on the gulf of Capo Zafferano. There is a free four parking area in the house. Villa Cottone is only 2,4 km from the beach with small stones and 6 km from the sandy beach of San Nicola l'Arena, the beaches are accessible by car. The beach of Cefalù is 46 km away. The beach Altavilla Milicia, is 2,5 Km far from the house, it is characterized by a long stretch of sand with medium light color and soft sand, summer equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, to the south east of the beach is also open two beautiful coves among the rocks, watched over by a medieval tower, Normanna Tower, dista 2 km. The villa is located only 4 km from the suggestive village of San Nicola L'Arena, it is a popular marina for boaters, ships and yachts sailing in the Mediterranean and one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, Cefalu'. It is the best way to spend a relax holiday and fun with your family or with a group of friends. It is located a few kilometers from the highway, ideal for those who want to make some trips in the surroundings.
