🌿 Our team member Trena has just returned from the most incredible journey to Borneo. It was extravaganza of a tour called ‘Borneos Jungles and Orangutans’ and this was the captivating day 6 ! 🌿

The day started with a visit to the spectacular Puu Jih Shih Temple, a stunning Buddhist place of worship with striking Oriental design. Nestled in the town’s mountainous surroundings, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Sandakan Bay. The temple’s explosion of red and gold hues, opulent Buddha statues, towering pillars, and ornate Chinese dragons are truly a sight to behold.

After a delicious lunch, the adventure continued with a flight to Kota Kinabalu, a bustling city rich in Chinese, Kadazan, and Malaysian culture.

We're delighted that British Airways will be enhancing its flight schedules between Jersey and London by introducing additional services to London Gatwick while maintaining its current route to Heathrow Airport.

The airline has revealed plans to increase its flight frequency between Jersey and London by eight flights per week. BA Euroflyer, a subsidiary of British Airways, will operate 19 weekly flights between Jersey and London Gatwick, while British Airways will offer 21 weekly flights on the London Heathrow route.

The upcoming changes are set to take effect on 4 November 2024.
