Hati Hati Hati Hati is nestled in a garden of ackee, lime and banana trees, and sits near the center of Negril’s famous Seven Mile Beach.

The property is comprised of 3 cottages; 1 bedroom/1 bath; 2 bedrooms/2 bath and 2 bedrooms/1 bath, easily accommodating up to 12 guests.

Well, the concrete walls are still standing, but a lot of clean-up to do.

More walls going up! This view is walking towards the sea between the two wings of the house and through, what will be, the front door.
