HS International has been selected as the winning bidder to provide consulting services for the technical assistance required to implement the "Unplanned Areas Upgrading and Employment-Enhancement Programme in Egypt –TOP-UP Phase " in Egypt. This project is funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and is being executed by the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA). The additional phase program aims, through the technical assistance provided by the consultant, to support MSMEDA (and its governmental counterparts) in implementing its activities in four targeted areas in the Cairo and Giza governorates. This will be achieved by managing the development activities of the additional phase at MSMEDA's level, supporting the provincial-level implementation of small-scale urban development activities that require labor-intensive ex*****on, and small public works identified in the targeted areas. Furthermore, it aims to enhance the capacities of intermediaries (the governorates and their operational entities) within the framework of the specified projects. The consultancy services contract was signed on May 13, 2024, and the project, which consists of three main phases comprising 21 sub-activities, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.

HS International has been shortlisted to submit a proposal for the “Consultancy Services for Development of Zanzibar Building Code in Tanzania “. The project is funded by the International Development Association (IDA) and the client is The Presidents’ office Finance and Planning Zanzibar. The main aim of the consulting services is to develop the Zanzibar Building Code (ZBC) and undertake other relevant works to strengthen the resilience of the urban and rural built environment in Zanzibar and enhance the regulatory environment for sustainable development.

بهدف الحفاظ على المواقع التاريخية في عدن تم عقد اجتماع لمناقشة مشروع اعادة تأهيل بوابة عدن التاريخية, حيث استمع وزير الدولة، محافظ العاصمة عدن الأستاذ أحمد حامد لملس، و مدير الهيئة العامة للآثار والمتاحف السيد محمد السقاف، و وكيل محافظة عدن السيد صلاح العاقل، ومديرا مكتب الأشغال والطرق، وصندوق النظافة والتحسين، لشرح مفصل من شركة إتش اس العالمية متمثلة بالرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة المهندس هاني السحولي عن التصاميم الأولية المقترحة لإعادة تأهيل بوابة عدن التاريخية، والمواد التي سيتم استخدامها في عملية إعادة التأهيل ومدى تطابقها مع المعايير الخاصة بإعادة تأهيل المواقع الأثرية والتاريخية .
وشدد المحافظ خلال اللقاء، على ضرورة الالتزام بالأسس القانونية المتفق عليها ووفق المتطلبات المعمول بها في التعامل مع المواقع التاريخية، مشيرا إلى أن السلطة المحلية حريصة على هذا الجانب، بقدر حرصها على ترميم المواقع الأثرية وإعادة تأهيلها.
وقد تم إقامة ورشة عمل في شهر يناير من العام الحالي مع المعنيين بالآثار والمواقع التاريخية والأثرية من الأكاديميين ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والجهات المسؤولة، و تم مناقشة الآليات والإجراءات اللازمة لتأهيل المواقع الأثرية والتاريخية وفقا لمتطلبات المنظمات الدولية المعنية بحماية التراث الإنساني.
With the aim of preserving the historical sites in Aden, a meeting was held to discuss the project to rehabilitate the historic Aden Gate, where the Minister of State, the Governor of Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamid Lamlas, the Director of the General Authority of Antiquities and Museums, Mr. Muhammad Al-Saqqaf, the Undersecretary of Aden Governorate, Mr. Salah Al-Aqel, the Director of The Office of Works and Roads, and the Director of Cleaning and Improvement Fund, for a detailed presentation from HS International, conducted by the Group’s CEO, Engineer Hani Al-Sahooly, about the preliminary designs proposed for the rehabilitation of the historic Aden Gate, and the materials planned to be used in the rehabilitation process and the extent of their conformity with the standards for the rehabilitation of archaeological and historical sites.
During the meeting, the governor stressed the need to adhere to the agreed-upon legal foundations and in accordance with the applicable requirements in dealing with historical sites, indicating that the local authority is very keen on this aspect, as much as it is keen on restoring and rehabilitating archaeological sites.
A workshop was held in January of this year with those concerned with antiquities and historical and archaeological sites, including academics, civil society organizations and official parties. The mechanisms and procedures necessary to rehabilitate the archaeological and historical sites were discussed in accordance with the requirements of international organizations concerned with protecting human heritage.

التقى الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة اتش اس العالمية المهندس /هاني السحولي في محافظة عدن – اليمن بوزير الأشغال العامة والطرق المهندس/ سالم محمد الحريزي وأطلع الوزير على كافة المشاريع التي تقوم بتنفيذها المجموعة في اليمن وخارجها، وأشار رئيس مجموعة إتش أس العالمية الى تنفيذ العديد من المشاريع في اليمن كمشروع الواجهة البحرية بكورنيش ساحل أبين وغيرها من المشاريع وخلال اللقاء عبر وزير الاشغال العامة والطرق عن استفادة كادر الوزارة من المجموعة في جوانب إعداد الدراسات والتصاميم.
حضر اللقاء نائب وزير الأشغال الدكتور محمد ثابت ووكلاء وزراة الأشغال المهندس/ حسين عقربي والمهندس علي احمد محسن والمهندس وليد الساحمي والمدير الإقليمي لمكتب المجموعة في اليمن السيد/ مهدي الدغاري.
CEO of HS International, Engineer Hani Al-Sahooly , met with the Minister of Public Works & Roads, Engineer Salem Mohammed Al-Harizi, in Aden, Yemen. During the meeting, the minister was briefed on all the projects currently being executed by the group in Yemen and abroad. The CEO highlighted the projects being implemented in Yemen, such as the Coastal Front project in Abyan corniche, among others. During the meeting, the minister expressed interest in utilizing the group's expertise in preparing other studies and designs.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Public Works, Dr. Mohammed Thabet, as well as the undersecretaries of the Ministry of Public Works: Engineer Hussein Aqrabi in addition to Engineer Ali Ahmed Mohsen, Engineer Walid Al-Sahmi and Mr. Mahdi Al-Dagari, the Regional Manager of the group's office in Yemen.

تقوم مجموعة اتش اس العالمية حاليا بإعداد المخطط العام لواجهة بحرية في منطقة خور مكسر مطلة على المحمية البيئية في المناطق المائية. كما تضمن العمل اعداد التصاميم المعمارية لمباني ومنشآت المشروع. إن اجمالي الأرض المخصصة للمشروع هي 7,639 متر مربع بإجمالي طول 221 متر وعرض يتفاوت ما بين 20 و45 متر.
يتكون المشروع من مباني خدمية واستثمارية وتجارية مثل المطاعم، المقاهي ومحلات تجارية بالإضافة إلى فعاليات وانشطة ترفيهية ورياضية. إن اجمالي المساحات المبنية في المشروع تقدر ب (542) متر مربع.
تم تصميم الممشى والنظام الإنشائي للمشروع من مادة الخشب الطبيعي لتفادي الاضرار المتوقعة في المناطق القريبة من المياه واخذ بعين الاعتبار الحساسية البيئية العالية ودراسة حركة المركبات لضمان مرونة في الدخول والخروج من موقع المشروع عبر شارع خدمي كما وفر المصمم موقف لعدد 33 مركبة.
تضمن المشروع رصيف خشبي داخل البحر ينتهي بمنطقة تحتوي مبنى خاص بمطعم مطل على البحر وجلسات للطعام حيث تقوم محافظة عدن ممثلة بالمجلس المحلي لمديرية خور مكسر بتنفيذ المشروع.

HS International Group is currently preparing the general plan for a waterfront in the Khor Maksar area overlooking the environmentally protected water areas. The work also includes preparing architectural designs for the project’s buildings and facilities. The total land allocated for the project is estimated at 7,639 square meters, with a total length of 221 meters and a width varying between (20) and (45) meters.
The project comprises of service, investment and commercial buildings such as restaurants, cafes and shops, in addition to entertainment and sports events and activities. The total built-up area of the project is (542) square meters.
The walkway and the project's structural system were designed for construction from natural wood to avoid potential damage in areas near water, taking into account the high environmental sensitivity and vehicle movement to ensure flexibility in their entry and exit from the project site via a service street. The design also provides parking space for (33) vehicle.
The project includes a wooden sidewalk extending into the sea ending with a restaurant and seating areas. Aden Governorate, represented by the local council of Khor Maksar District, is implementing the project.

قامت مجموعة اتش اس العالمية بلقاء موسع في ديوان وزارة الزراعة بالعاصمة عدن عدداً من الادارات الفنية ذات العلاقة بالقطاع السمكي وعدداً من الفنيين والمختصين في الوزارة، حيث استعرض فريق العمل المكلف الدراسات الفنية والمقترح الاولي للمشروع وأهدافه والاهمية الاقتصادية والصناعية والتعليمية والترفيهية وكيفية الاستفادة من كافة الخدمات والمرافق التي يضمها الميناء كونة اهم القطاعات الاقتصادية الذي يمتلك امكانيات كبيرة وفرص استثمارية مربحة ومتنوعة.
وأكد وزير الزراعة على أهمية المشروع كونة مشروعاً سيساهم في النمو الاقتصادي من خلال تطوير الانتاج السمكي وزيادة صادراته وسيوفر فرص عمل للشباب.
HS International Group held a meeting at the office of the Ministry of Agriculture in the capital, Aden, with a number of technical departments related to the fishing sector and a number of technical experts and specialists in the ministry, where the designated team reviewed the technical studies and the initial proposal for the project, its goals, and significance in terms of economic, industrial, educational and entertainment aspects.
The Minister of Agriculture stressed the importance of the project as it will contribute to economic sector growth by developing the fish production and increasing exports and providing job opportunities for the youth.

The HS International Group, represented by its regional office in the Republic of Yemen, signed a contract with the UNICEF office to prepare a study and design of the water transmission line and pumping for the Directorate of Tawahi, which extends from the reservoirs of the Isthmus in Jabal Hadid to the Directorate of Tawahi, with a total distance of (3) km. The studies included preparing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report and a report for assessing the existing transmission line and pumping problems.
It is worth noting that the project includes technical supervision work of the project implementation, which is planned to start after completion of the evaluation of the contractors' offers. The supervision period was estimated at six months from the date of signing the project implementation contract.
وقعت مجموعة إتش اس العالمية ممثلة بمكتبها الإقليمي في الجمهورية اليمنية مع مكتب اليونيسف عقدا لإعداد دراسة وتصميم خط التوصيل والضخ للمياه لمدينة التواهي والممتد من خزانات البرزخ في جبل حديد إلى مديرية التواهي بإجمالي مسافة (3) كم، وتضمنت أعمال الدراسات إعداد تقرير تقييم الأثر البيئي وتقرير لتقييم مشاكل الخط والضخ القائم.

والجدير بالذكر أن المشروع يتضمن أعمال الإشراف الفني على تنفيذ المشروع والمخطط لها أن تبدأ بعد الانتهاء من تقييم عروض المقاولين وقدرت فترة الإشراف بستة أشهر من تاريخ توقيع اتفاقية تنفيذ المشروع.

قام الرئيس التنفيذي م. هاني أنور السحولي رئيس مجموعة اتش اس العالمية تنفيذا لسياسات المجموعة باستكمال إجراءات تأسيس المكتب الإقليمي لأفريقيا الفرنسية في العاصمة تونس ويأتي ذلك مواكبا لنتائج دراسات سوق العمل من قبل إدارة تطوير الأعمال في مجموعة اتش اس العالمية. وتم تكليف المهندس / أحمد الشاهد بالقيام بإدارة المكتب الإقليمي في تونس وعمل خطة المرحلة الأولى لاستهداف المشاريع بعد النجاحات التي حققتها المجموعة في أكثر من إقليم بجانبها أسواق العمل الإفريقية الناطقة باللغة الإنجليزية.

The Chief Executive Officer of HS International Group, Arch. Hani Anwar Al-Sahooly, has finalized the process for establishing the regional office for French Africa in the capital, Tunis, thus implementing the group's policies in this regard. This comes in line with the results of the studies which were conducted by HS Group Business Development Department for the labor market. Eng. Ahmed Al-Shahed was assigned to manage the regional office in Tunisia and to put in place the first phase plan targeting projects following the successes achieved by the group in more than one region, including the English-speaking African labor markets.

تحضر في الوقت الراهن مجموعة اتش اس العالمية ممثلة بمكتبها الإقليمي في مدينة عدن، الجمهورية اليمنية لإصدار النسخة المطبوعة الأولى للخارطة السياحية لمدينة عدن ويتضمن المشروع الى جانب الخارطة السياحية اعداد الدليل السياحي بنسخة المطبوعة والرقمية عبر تطبيق وموقع الكتروني لإصدارهم خلال الربع الأول من سنة 2023 م والتي ستحتوي على معلومات هامة وقيمة عن مدينة عدن وجميع الأنشطة والفعاليات والمواقع التاريخية والمزارات السياحية بالإضافة الى أهم الخدمات في المدينة.
HS International Group, represented by its regional office in the city of Aden, Republic of Yemen, is currently preparing to issue the first printed version of the tourist map for the city of Aden. The project includes, in addition to the tourist map, preparation of the tourist guide in a printed and digital version through an application and a website for their issuance during the first quarter of the year 2023, which will contain important and valuable information about the city of Aden and all activities, events, historic sites and tourist attractions, in addition to the most important services in the city.

HS International is currently preparing engineering plans for proposals for the restoration and development of the Sultan's Palace in the Crater District of Aden Governorate, in order to preserve the heritage of the historic city of Aden and its global reputation, and to use the building in activities related to heritage and culture. In this context, a specialized local and international team from HS International Group is reviewing studies and preparing proposals for its development and discussing it with the relevant authorities in the governorate of Aden.

HS Engineering Consultancy is currently preparing a design idea for the Greater Aden Park located in KhorMaksar district of Aden governorate. It includes preparation of an explanatory film and 3D perspectives of the proposed installation. The Group’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Hani Anwar Al-Sahooly, shall present the design in the youth conference that was held on 20th October 2022 idea as a gift from HS Group to the local authority of Aden and the people of the governorate in response to the governorate’s need for such entertainment and vital projects that help to establish stability and safety in the governorate consistent with the steady growth and development globally, especially that the location of Aden serves as a front for the country. This would have a positive psychological and creative impact, which is important in attracting visitors and tourists and providing good venues to spend enjoyable times.

بدأت مجموعة اتش اس ممثلة بمكاتبها الإقليمية الأردن واليمن العمل لتقديم الخدمات الإستشارية لمشروع مراكز الإنزال السمكي في محافظة حضرموت ( اليمن) وذلك في إطار برنامج تعزيز الصمود والمشاركة على المستوى المحلي في اليمن.
والجدير بالذكر أن المشروع سينفذ في أربعة مراكز إنزال سمكية في محافظة حضرموت وهي حي العمال/ المكلا والشحر وحصيحصة / مديرية بروم و القرن/مديرية قصيعر ، وتتضمن الخدمات الاستشارية إعداد المخطط العام والتصاميم وجداول الكميات والجداول الزمنية ووثائق العطاء للمباني والبنية التحتية وخدمات مراكز الإنزال الأربعة وطرح وإحالة عطاء التنفيذ على المقاولين. كما يشمل عطاء الخدمات الاستشارية على الإشراف على تنفيذ إنشاء المباني أو إعادة التأهيل المباني القائمة وأهمها المبنى الرئيسي لكل مركز ويشمل العمل الأعمال الخارجية لمراكز الإنزال المذكورة أعلاه.
تقدر كلفة المشروع بثلاثة مليون دولار أمريكي والجدير بالإشارة أن المشروع ممول من قبل الحكومة الألمانية وتنفيذ الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)ومن المخطط العمل في الخدمات الاستشارية لمدة ( 24 ) شهر والذي يتم بالتنسيق مع مهندسي (GIZ) لإعداد المخططات والتصاميم ووثائق العطاء وتنفيذ وإعادة تأهيل المباني والخدمات لمراكز الإنزال على المقاولين وتسليم مواقع العمل للمقاولين والإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الإنشاءات وإعادة التأهيل لمراكز الإنزال الأربعة وأستلام الأعمال المنفذة من المقاولين بحسب الجداول الزمنية المقرة في وثائق العطاء.

HS Group, through its regional offices in Jordan and Yemen, commenced providing Consultancy services for the project of Fish Landing Centers in Hadramout Governorate (Yemen). This project is within the framework of the German Government’s Program to Enhance Resilience and Participation at the local level in Yemen.
The project will be implemented in four fish landing centers in Hadhramaut governorate; namely; Husaihusa (Hasahsa (Brum Mayf'ah), Hay Al-Ummal (Mukalla), Ash-Shihr and Al-Qarain (Qussayar). The Consultancy services comprise of preparing the Master Plan, facilities design, bill of quantities, implementation schedule, tender documents preparation and award for buildings, infrastructures and other services for the four landing sites. The contract also includes managing and supervising the implementation of building construction or rehabilitation of existing buildings, the most important of which is the main building for each center. The work also includes the external works of the above-mentioned landing centers.

قامت مجموعة إتش إس ممثلة بمكتبها الاقليمي في دولة الامارات المتحدة بالإنتهاء من إعداد تقرير التصميم الأولي لميناء الاصطياد في مدينة إنجوشي – موزمبيق و تم تسليم التقرير بعد إجراء جميع الدراسات اللازمة والمتضمنة اعمال المساحة البحرية والبرية، وتضمن التقرير مخططات للاعمال البحرية و المباني و فيديو تفصيلي يوضح مكونات المشروع، والجدير بالذكر ان المشروع يقع على قطعة ارض مساحتها 20,000 متر مربع ويتضمن عدد 13 مبنى بمساحة بنائية اجمالية 3,112 متر مربع و رصيف بحري بطول 200 متر.
تقدر كلفة المشروع ب 33 مليون دولار متضمنة اعمال الدراسات و التنفيذ ،و الجدير بالاشارة ان المشروع ممول من قبل البنك العربي للتنمية الاقتصادية في أفريقيا و OFID وحكومة موزمبيق. ومن المخطط تصميم وتنفيذ المشروع في فترة لا تتجاوز 3 سنوات
HS Group, represented by its regional office in the United Arab Emirates, has finalized preparations of the Preliminary design Report for the fishing port in the city of Angoche in Mozambique. The report was submitted after conducting all the necessary studies and evaluations including marine and land survey works. The report included plans for marine works and buildings and a detailed video showing components of the project. It is worth noting that the project is located on a plot of land of 20,000 square meters and includes a number 13 buildings with a total built-up area of 3,112 square meters and a pier with a length of 22 meters.
The project is estimated to cost about US$ 33 million dollars, including studies and implementation work. It is worth noting that the project is funded by the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa, OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and the Government of Mozambique. It is planned to design and implement the project in a period not exceeding 3 years.

أنهت بنجاح مجموعة إتش إس للإستشارات الهندسية إعداد التقرير النهائي لمشروع إعداد دراسات ماقبل الجدوى والدراسات التشخيصية لتطوير مدينة ليلنغواي-مالاوي .
تضمن المشروع إعداد المخططات للخدمات الحضرية البيئية والخدمات الحضرية والبنية التحتية وتقديم الخدمات للمرافق العامة وخدمات النقل والتنقل .
والجدير بالإشارة أن المشروع ممول من قبل البنك الدولي وتم إعداد الدراسات الخاصة به على مدى مدة المشروع المعتمدة خلال عامي 2020 و2021م
HS Group for engineering consulting has successfully completed the preparation of the final report for the project of pre-feasibility studies and diagnostic studies for the development of the city of Lilongwe - Malawi.
The project includes the preparation of plans for environmental urban services, urban services, infrastructure, and the provision of services to public utilities, transportation and mobility services.
It is worth noting that the project is funded by the World Bank, and its studies have been prepared over the approved project period during 2020 and 2021.
