We are a passionate team of young Jordanian professional adventurers, hikers and campers, serving the local and international community to explore the reality of the wild life in Jordan and push it to the extreme. Coming from various backgrounds, our team members regularly work on enhancing their skills through various training activities. Our Methodology
We customize suitable approaches and activities for each program to achieve its exact goals and organizations’ strategic objectives. We proceed through the following steps:
1. Analysis of needs: Before designing a program, Stronger Team conducts a two-level and individual inquiry on the needs and expectations of the clients, their self-assessment and remarks, which are used afterwards over the program.
2. Program design: A good training design requires close analysis of the trainees and their profiles. Age, experience, learning style, educational background, needs and expectations are some of the important factors that will affect training design. A good training environment requires a location that insures a favorable atmosphere, necessary to the good implementation of the training. For this reason, we carefully advise our clients on the place where to carry out the activities. Once the training objective is identified, with a priority list of what must be included, Stronger Team formulates a strategy and breaks the content of the program into specific training topics, themes and modules. Every aspect of the training is then translated into targeted activities and exercises. Consistency and coherence are priorities.

Evaluation: At the end of the program, we provide our clients with an evaluation sheet including data on the participants’ self-assessment, their assessment after the training, and our team’s evaluation of their performance, illustrating the group’s average progress towards the objectives. About Team Building Activities
Team building activities are tasks designed to help group members in developing their capacity to work effectively together. Team building activities are often used in meetings, presentations, workshops, training seminars, education programs, corporate training, with companies, school groups, sport teams, teacher training and youth work. Team building activities with several groups can and will lead to a wide variety of experiences and outcomes.
