Do you need an airport pickup/drop off??
From KIX (Kansai International Airport) to Osaka St, it would cost around $150 by taxi..
and most of taxi drivers don't know how to speak English and I have seen so many people have trouble communicating with them..

I grew up here, Hawaii, and Washington state and grew up playing multiple sports like baseball, football, basketball, soccer, etc... and I went to a high school in Okayama, Japan and came back to the states to finish up my education at Olympic College. 日本に生まれ、日本とアメリカ（ワシントン、ハワイ州）で育ちました。アメリカの州立大学を卒業後、日本、アメリカで色々な分野の職業を経験してきたことを活かし、通訳、翻訳という仕事を始めました。
通訳、翻訳以外にも英語カスタマーサービス、ホスピタリティトレーニング指導も行っている理由につきましては、近年、外国から来られている旅行者が大勢いるなか、お店やレストランなどで世界共通語である英語が通じないという場面が多く見受けられます。それ以上に大きな問題点としましては、スタッフの旅行客に対してのサービスの質が低すぎる、正確には日本人のお客様に対しては質は申し分ないのですが、相手が日本語が通じないとわかった瞬間に態度が急変（悪い意味で）するというスタッフ多いということです。
ただ単に英語が話せるだけでなく、外国人にも通用するサービスが必要だと気付いたからです。
一つの例を出しますと、お客様が入店してきたときに日本時のお客様に対しては頭を下げることが一般的だと思いますが、外国人のお客様により良い印象を持ってもおうと思うなら、アイコンタクトが必須になってくるのです。
そういった細かい部分なども考慮しトレーニング指導を行っていきます。もちろん英会話レッスンも並行して行います。
