Road side vejetables sold by the local farmers are of great taste and are organic. Unlike other neighbouring countries, meat are not sold by the road side. Each region has its' unique cuisine but the Ema Datshi is the cuisine, which will tickle your taste buds. This is chilies and cheese. Ema Datshi is the Bhutan’s favorite dish and included in all social gathering menu.
