Description: Mikey.adventures will guide you at top of the highest mountain in Kyoto! Hiking mt Atago is an amazing experience that will take you to explore the beauty of the japanese nature far away from the stress of the city.The hike takes about 2:30 hours to the top, it through stunning forests and look points with the view of all Kyoto. At the highest point 924m there's Atago shrine, where pilgrims pray once they reach the summit. Just below the summit there's a wide rest area where people take a deserved rest eating and enjoy the view, before go back to the trail head . Once the hike is done, a refreshing jump in the river is a "must"during the summer. So what are you waiting for, let's hike together, burn calories together, and most important have fun together!
