夕暮れ時の野沢温泉―　湯の表面から立ち昇る湯気　旅人が熱めの湯に体を沈ませ、今日一日の疲れを癒す。目をつぶり、心身共に山々の一部に溶け込むように、なんとも言えない安心感に包まれる。朝―　誰も踏んでいない雪の上を、今日最初のシュプールを描きながらロングランを楽しみ、立ち止まって澄み切った空気を吸い込みながら眼下の景色を見下ろすと、そこには、一面真っ白な絨毯を敷き詰めたようなゲレンデがスキーヤーを迎えてくれる。
