Thank you sooo much for joining a tour in Kobe, Bastian and Nina! It was one day in Kobe with luxury Kobe beef dinner.
We visited Kobe herb garden, a local Sushi restaurant, Maiko Promenade, Fukuju brewery. Pachinko was definitely one of their very best experiences as the guests won some.

Suntory Yamazaki distillery.
We visited there as a tour the other day. It was such hard to book the tour as the brand name has got too famous around the world.
Wonderful moment was spent with nice guests and we all got tipsy after some tastings.
Yamazaki 18 yrs and Hibiki 21 yrs were also tasty.

“The red Kyoto” could describe what we saw the other day on a tour.
We visited Arashiyama area but off the beaten path.
The global warming delayed Japanese normal Autumn a few weeks so that you can still enjoy the leaves changing colors.

The Kyoto Night in late November held in Uzumasa movie village was just amazing.
Kyoto can offer not only temples and shrines but also Japanese tradition of Edo period(1603-1868) with bright scenic and cultural side of the township in the evening.
Those who love Japanese culture,tradition,sake and local food came over to this event.
It was held only two days on one weekend but people enjoyed the atmosphere that they cannot usually experience in day time.
Drinking much as different sake with grabbing some food as possible will surely let you have food unforgettable moment!

The oyster travel!
The season has come! It is all about oyster! Kobe and the west of its prefecture is well known by its original and unique landscape that can actually grow tasty oysters.
Having them with lemon, raw or grill on charcoals?

Kobe Sweets adventure Vol.1

Kobe is quite famous for sweets. but why?

Kobe has a port that serves as a base for exchange with foreign countries, and because a foreign settlement was established there, so it was easy to get used to Western-style culture.
Western confectionery culture took root due to the presence of the apprenticeship system, which is the one for training craftsmen, the suppliers of materials that support the craftsmen, and the strict tastes of Kobe customers.

We will visit some of Kobe sweets places on the tour. This is especially attractive for those who have sweet tooth.

Ohhhhh Okinawa local food!!! They are fully unique to the place and most of them are of course sea-based but tasted wonderfully yummy!
Look at the last picture of such colorful tropical fish! They are all edible.

Traveled to Noboribetsu onsen. It is in Hokkaido. This onsen has strong sulfuric feature. This is said to be good for dermatitis, muscle soreness, sprain, distortion, depression,fatigue recovery, impaired glucose tolerance, mild-high blood pressure and so on.
You will be surprised to feel the earth activity as well as how nice and relaxing to soak in the hot spring.

You will end up your day with such great food at a ryokan. Nice,cozy and fantastic hospitality will make you feel at home!

It was such a crab day! We had a course meal of crab.
Boiled, raw, cooked…. with the perfect match of Sake. We summed up the tour with Kinosaki hot spring.. Having such wonderful day, the guests were duly content. Wanna join??

It was a beautiful sunny day. We visited purely carefully grown oyster farm in Mie prefecture. They use Australian way of oyster farming.
3 pieces of them would keep doctors away. They are full of zinc. Thank you so much Sato farm!!

Beautiful beef in Kobe. Everybody knows the Kobe Beef as a highly reputed bright marble A5 rank beef unique to the area.
Our guests were fully content with this wonderful course meal. The chef actually set his restaurant fully reserved for my guests that night. Are you interested in the beef and sightseeing in Kobe?

Beautiful night at Myoshinji temple in Kyoto. They all lights up with such wonderfully decorated illumination.
Light breeze with wary inter coldness even more brightens up the garden.
