Travelling the world has been her passion for the last 16 years. Monette has shot on 5 of the planet's 7 continents and countries in her portfolio include Japan, Australia, Laos, Taiwan, China, Bahrain, India, Tanzania, and the Seychelles. She was born in Vientiane, Laos and has lived in the United States, Japan, and Laos. Monette currently resides in the Kingdom of Bahrain but will move back to J
apan at the end of July. After graduating from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a Masters Degree in Tourism Administration, Monette moved to Okinawa, Japan for 3 years. While in Okinawa, she was able to explore her interest in photography. Having lived and travelled in many countries, Monette feels fortunate to have experienced such diversity in the world. The journey has been nothing short of amazing. Japan touched, inspired, and moved her to start looking through the lens in order to capture the earth's infinite magnificence. This year, Monette has decided to dedicate her life to helping others find happiness in her photography. Being able to share this with others is a dream come true.
