Di sisi kuil kuno Seisho Tokyo, Monumen ini berdiri sebagai simbol persahabatan dan penghormatan antara bangsa Indonesia dan Jepang. Dalam suatu upacara yang penuh dengan rasa syukur dan penghargaan, kami meletakkan karangan bunga dengan harapan perdamaian abadi dan hubungan yang erat. Semangat kunjungan Presiden Soekarno pada tahun 1958, atas undangan Kaisar Hirohito, terus menginspirasi. 🇮🇩
