IKAHO HOUSE 166 🏠將在2024.12.21盛大開幕！
IKAHO HOUSE 166 🏠Grand Open ! (English below)

IKAHO HOUSE 166的前身是市川旅館🏚，這座建築據推測已有百年的歷史，在數十年前已經停止營業，建築本身完整地保留至今，見證伊香保的歷史。如今在大家的努力下，這座建築將以全新面貌迎接各位訪客的到來。因其位於 #伊香保石段街的第166階，因此取名為IKAHO HOUSE 166。

保存建築本身的特色的同時，也在結構安全以及防震上做了補強。在館內可以發現許多有意思的歲月痕跡。一樓以及二樓為餐廳，可享用日本三大烏龍麵之一的 #水澤烏龍麵 🍜，還有咖啡 ☕及甜點 🍡店；三樓為群馬名產小物賣店、工藝品店 #卯三郎木芥子以及高崎不倒翁的 #大門屋，以及🎨DIY手繪體驗專區。

今天舉辦了剪綵活動，明天2024.12.21(六)各店鋪正式開幕。本人也會不定期在附近出沒，提供導覽、伊香保地區介紹以及觀光建議。12月的出沒日期為12/21(六)、12/28(六) 09:30-17:30，1月的預定出沒日期請參考圖片。歡迎來玩！😁

HOUSE 166 🏠is located at the 166th step, which is the widest landing along the Stone Steps. The construction date of this building (former Ichikawa Ryokan) is unknown, but it is estimated to be over 100 years old.🏚 The seismic reinforcement was carried out by experts and it has been reborn as a multi-purpose facility.

You could discover many interesting parts in the building. 1st and 2nd floor are dining areas, and 3rd floor is for retail and handicraft shops. If you need a of touring the building, or any suggestions about sightseeing in or area, I’ll be here on 12/21th & 12/28th. Please contact me through FB or meet me here. 群馬在地平民美食😋 #もつ煮／燉內臟
Gunma Local Specialty *Innards Stew* (Motsuni)

今天介紹位於澀川市相當有名的 #もつ煮餐廳「 #永井食堂」
#燉內臟もつ煮可說是 #群馬縣民的靈魂美食。位於山間公路旁的這間餐廳即使在平日顧客也是絡繹不絕。第一次光顧點了招牌的 #もつ煮定食，大腸與蒟蒻非常入味，鮮甜的湯汁非常下飯。定食的飯量有一半以及正常可選，但是兩者幾乎沒有區別（飯超多，笑），因此建議點“半ライス”即可。🤣 價格也非常實惠，招牌的もつ煮定食為¥590、半ライス¥560，飯量幾乎是一樣的💦。

因為是人氣名店，顧慮到店內空間，上餐時的托盤都是「直放」在客人桌上。（很適合手機拍照？）這邊只提供內用，外帶部分僅有冷藏保存的熟食包，但也非常熱銷。這天有顧客來批貨，非常驚人的購買量😳 如果要購買回家加熱用的熟食包，跟店員說你要買「おみやげ」（喔咪呀給）即可，一包¥1,000。

離開的時候快要五點，不少剛下班的人以及卡車司機紛紛擠滿停車場，靈魂美食的稱號果真名不虛傳。走過路過特別是開車玩群馬的人們千萬不要錯過！🍚🍲🥢🥄

"Nagai Shokudō" is the most famous restaurant for Gunma local specialty *Innards Stew/Motsuni*. is a famous local cuisine in Gunma Pref. Nagai Shokudō is located on route 17 in Shibukawa city. Even on weekdays there are still many customers. Innards Stew Set ( ) is a must-try. The and are well stewed, tender and tasty. The soup is rich, that is a good combination with rice. 🍚😋 The price here is also very reasonable between ¥560-590. No wonder why so many come near and far to catch a taste.

The tray is being set/passed in a "vertical/portrait" layout because there are not roomy spaces in the store. If you want to take out, there are only refrigerated packs for you to bring home and heat them. Each is ¥1,000.

If you are visiting Gunma with a car 🚗 , never forget to stop by and have a meal! 😌🍚🍲🥢🥄

📍 #伊香保剪紙美術館

伊香保有非常多的博物館與美術館🏛，今天拜訪了伊香保 #剪紙美術館（日語： #切り絵）。佔地不大的美術館內陳列著許多做工精緻的剪紙作品。雖然中文名為剪紙，實際上是用刀片一刀一筆精雕細琢出來的。剪紙看似簡單，只有黑與白，但實際上從取材、打稿到完成，一幅作品平均要花三至四個月來完成。重點是下刀時不能切斷，依據鏤空的比例判斷由何處下刀...等，需要博大精深的技藝以及超人的專注力。

館內也有剪紙DIY體驗區，不需額外付費，從現成的素材中選擇自己喜歡的圖案，依照工作人員的指示，大約5-20分鐘即可完成並帶回家做紀念囉！歡迎來此一遊😌

📍Ikaho Papercutting Museum

There are many museums in Ikaho. Today we visited Ikaho Papercutting Musuem. It is not big but with many exquisite papercutting ✂️artworks. In Japanese, “ ” means . It seems easy but takes a lot of time to complete one for a skilled craftsman. The staff told us it requires about 3-4 months from planning, penciling out to cutting. The point of making “Kirie” is to make the work complete and make the main parts all connected instead of being cut off.

You could also make your own “Kirie” at DIY corner. Choose a pattern you like and follow the introductions from the staff, you could finish your masterpiece in 5-20 mins and take it home as a souvenir! Highly recommend to stop by! 🚙

🦽無障礙觀光工作坊in伊香保温泉

伊香保温泉以365段階梯的石段街聞名，這裏也不乏一些險陡的巷弄街道。本次無障礙觀光工作坊由澀川市、 #山田製作所與共同合作，運用山田製作所開發的微型電動四輪車🛴 來實地走訪伊香保石段街。在日本，只要滿16歲，不用駕照即可騎乘。最高速度12km/h，高齡者也能輕鬆征服這裡的坡道。

工作坊結合 #高崎商科大學的課程（ #観光まちづくりコース），參加者以學生以及市公所的職員們為主。除了試駕Lactivo之外，也讓大家扮演輪椅使用者與介護者的角色，實際體驗行動不便者與照顧者的日常，以及在坡道使用輪椅需要注意的事項。也讓人深刻感受到觀光大國推廣觀光的不遺餘力。😇

👩‍🦽Barrier Free workshop/seminar in Ikaho Onsen

Japan strives to enable anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, to explore and travel throughout the country more carefree. Shibukawa City collaborated with YAMADA (Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) and DET Gunma to organize this barrier-free workshop/seminar for the students from the course/lesson “Tourism town development” of TUC(Takasaki University of Commerce) and city hall officers.

Ikaho Onsen is famous for its Stone Steps and hilly allies. This time we tried to ride the micro 4-wheel E-scooter “ ,” that no drive licenses are needed as long as the user is above 16 years old in Japan. There were also wheelchairs 👨‍🦼for participants to take turns to sit on and push along the hilly streets to realize the difficulties and inconvenience that the disabilities or the elders might encounter in daily life.

I am looking forward to it, a more accessible Japan for every traveller. 💪 😇

#卯三郎木芥子工坊見學＆彩繪體驗🎨

今天拜訪了卯三郎木芥子工坊，受到副社長岡本桑的熱情款待，參觀了美術館、工坊、賣店還參加了彩繪體驗。卯三郎木芥子成立於1955，從手工藝品起家、傳統木芥子的製作到獨具特色的創作木芥子，還有與眾多知名IP合作的知名角色木芥子，如： #吉伊卡哇、 #星際大戰、、 #嚕嚕米、 #米飛兔、 #櫻桃小丸子、 #鬼滅之刃…等，融合了傳統與創新，深受喜愛。

與亞洲遊客相較，據說歐美觀光客對日本工藝品更加情有獨鍾。我非常中意十二生肖系列的辰龍。即使是同樣的款式，每一件作品的木紋、筆觸都是獨一無二。工坊中使用的木材有水木、栗木、櫸木和櫻木等，皆為群馬縣。產經過群馬特有的乾燥強勁北風風乾，再經職人的巧手以及數十道工序後才製作完成。在參觀工坊時可感受到木材的香氣、機具聲以及職人們專注的神情，可說是用五感來體驗見學 😌

最後我們參加了木芥子彩繪體驗。在繪製過程中意外體驗到了難得的專注。似乎很久沒有放下手機集中精神、專注在一件事情上面了（笑）

彩繪過程非常簡單：①挑選木芥子②鉛筆打稿③由淺色開始上色④用吹風機加速風乾⑤完畢後交由工作人員，工作人員會詢問是否要上腮紅⑥工作人員上亮光漆，約20分鐘後即可帶回家囉！

＊使用完畢的顏料與洗筆水靜置桌上即可，工作人員會協助處理廢棄顏料。除了彩繪體驗需付費、預約之外，美術館、工坊等其他區域為免費參觀（基本上只要彩繪區預約沒有滿，當天也有機會參加）

距伊香保温泉車程約15分鐘非常適合家庭、旅人到此一遊

Kokeshi Painting Workshop＠ Usaburo kokeshi 卯三郎こけし

Today we visited USABURO KOKESHI, met vice president Okamoto San and had a good time. Kokeshi dolls are pin-shaped wooden toys with no arms or legs. There are Kokeshi Dolls Musuem, Factory and Painting Workshop in the shop. USABURO is well-known for its Sosaku Kokeshi which not only inherits the spirits of tradition but also combines modern elements. (Sosaku Kokeshi means “Original Kokeshi.”) You could also find some Character Kokeshi Dolls here, e.g., , , , , , .

All the woods used for Kokeshi dolls are collected from the mountains of Gunma. The use of mature trees encourages the regeneration of the forest and plays a part in the cycle of maintaining the green village. Kokeshi dolls are the rebirth of the forest and also a gift from nature.

We took a tour in the factory and felt the fragrance from the wood and passions from craftsmen. Each Kokeshi Doll is a unique one in the world with different wood patterns even they are the same series. That is the most charming part of handicrafts.

You could also create your own Kokeshi Doll by attending the Painting Workshop, in which admission fees are needed. Here is the step: 1) Choose your Kokeshi shape 2) Pencil out 3) Apply paints (begin with lighter colors) 4) Dry it with a dryer 5) Staff would help you to finish up with varnish

Once you start painting your own Kokeshi, you probably will devote yourself into the process. Concentrating and focusing on one thing at the moment was a great experience for me. All you need to do is to draw and enjoy the process. I highly recommend.

天氣超好，歌舞伎野台初體驗

約兩百多年前，村人們為了在生活中也能享受觀賞歌舞伎的樂趣，在附近的寺廟建造了歌舞伎舞台，在1882年移至現址並傳承至今。
舞台具有少見的機關，可以展現轉場效果，並被指定為重要有形民俗文化財。今年恰逢三原田小學150週年，今天的公演中除了管樂演奏外也有許多精彩的表演。

Kami-Miharada Kabuki Stage 2024

Kami-Miharada Kabuki Stage has been assigned as Important Tangible Folk Cultural Property because of its special stage devices, settings, and history. Local village people built this stage for entertaining purpose about 200 hundred years ago. Now it has became a symbol of the passionate and spirits that been passed through generations. The weather was very good and I enjoyed a lot of programs with other audience.

🍁Kajika bashi (Kajika Bridge)
Kajika Bridge is the most popular and famous spot for autumn foliage in Ikaho. The illumination starts from 16:30 to 22:00 everyday till 11/17(Sun.). There is also a drinking fountain nearby where you can taste the spring water that contains a lot of iron.

🍁Ikaho Ropeway, Uenoyama Park
Take the ropeway 🚠 up to Miharashidai Station, there is an observatory where you can enjoy the spectacular view with autumn leaves. If the ropeway is too occupied, driving to the entrance of Uenoyama Park is also a good option. The ropeway station is very close to Uenoyama Park. There is also Ikaho Rink where you can enjoy ice skating!⛸

🍁Lake Haruna, Mt. Haruna
The stage of street racing manga “Initial D” is Mt. Akina. However, the prototype of Mt. Akina is Mt. Haruna, which is Mecca for Initial D fans. There are beautiful autumn leaves on the road between Ikaho and Lake Haruna. I recommend driving there and enjoying the views on the road. You could also take a bus from Ikaho. 🍁Akagi Nature Park
Akagi Nature Garden covers an area of about 13 Tokyo Dome sizes. There are a variety of flowers, trees, birds and insects in the garden where you can enjoy all year round. It takes about 90-120mins to visit the entire area. Now it is the best season to visit and stroll in the forest of Mt. Akagi. Come take a soothing forest bath and enjoy the forest therapy!

從公車站前廣場往上徒步，途經夏威夷王國大使官邸、關所到位於石段街頂端的伊香保神社，途中販售美食、土產的店家以及歷史悠久的溫泉旅館林立，享受紅葉美景的同時，也不要忘記滿足自己的味蕾。

★河鹿橋⛩
伊香保地區最有名的紅葉場所。2024的夜間點燈時段為每天的16:30至22:00，預計進行至11/17(日)。距離伊香保溫泉知名的「黃金之湯」湧泉口、露天風呂徒步僅需3分鐘，途中還有飲泉所可以試喝據說有治療痛風功效的溫泉水。

★見晴台駅、上ノ山公園🚡
從伊香保溫泉街的不如歸駅搭乘纜車到位於山頂的見晴台駅，在紅葉季節也是相當熱門的遊玩路線。見晴台設有展望台可眺望關東平原，與上ノ山公園相連，非常適合出遊踏青。此處還有伊香保溜冰場，第79屆2025日本國民運動大會冬季滑冰⛸競速項目將在此舉辦，對溜冰有興趣的各位也歡迎來玩玩。

纜車營業時間為09:00~17:00每15分鐘一班，最終上行16:45，請注意時間。

★榛名湖、榛名山🚗
頭文字Ｄ「秋名山」的原型就是榛名山。推薦自駕來體驗藤原拓海的主場秋名山道的髮夾彎。現正逢秋紅時節，沿路楓紅黃葉滿山，秋高氣爽駕車出遊真的是非常推薦的體驗。榛名湖畔可划船、釣魚，也可選擇搭乘纜車前往山頂眺望關東平原。

交通方式除了自駕，亦可由伊香保温泉街搭乘巴士前往。

★渋川総合公園🎾🏕
此處對觀光客較為冷門，但是園內黃葉紅葉也相當充實，設有田徑場、露營場、網球場、棒球場、千年之森散步道…等設施。園內相當靜謐，也沒有網路訊號，非常適合想尋幽訪勝的人們(?)。

建議自駕前往。附近還有佛光山法水寺，寺內設有素食咖啡廳，可享用台式美食，法水寺腹地廣大、視野遼闊，很受在地人與外國遊客歡迎，非常建議一起造訪。

頭文字D聖地巡禮：人孔蓋全攻略

渋川是頭文字D的舞台，而秋名山的命名由來其實影射了榛名山。
渋川市內設置了多處以頭文字D為主題的人孔蓋，設置範圍以伊香保温泉石段街為中心、渋川車站以及作品中的山道共計有七處。

竹久夢二伊香保記念館

夢二活躍於大正時代與昭和初期(1900年代前期)
是大正浪漫的代表畫家
他未受過正規美術教育，自學成才，獨具自己的風格

夢二以美女為題材的繪畫風格得到了「夢二式美人」的稱呼
創作題材廣泛，為許多雜誌、刊物、書籍設計封面、繪製插圖
還自創品牌「港屋」，為店內服飾、浴衣各式雜貨等進行設計
同時也是近代平面設計的先驅

他的作品具有獨特的魅力，廣受大眾喜愛
在他成名之後，與粉絲的書信往來中
夢二與伊香保結下了不解之緣

竹久夢二伊香保記念館除了陳列展示夢二各式作品之外
也蒐集了許多古董傢俱、燈飾
不光是收藏展示，也著重古董的功能性
館內燈飾、玻璃窗、音樂盒、鋼琴等都在日常生活中正常稼動著

新館「義山樓」展示大正、昭和時期的玻璃工藝品收藏
別館「兒童畫之館」則陳列了夢二充滿童趣的兒童向作品
都很推薦造訪（別館「兒童畫之館」冬季休館）

館內散發濃濃的大正浪漫復古懷舊氣息
定時有古董音樂盒的聆賞活動
還有不定期的古董鋼琴演奏
運氣好的話，說不定可以聽到由夢二填詞
名曲「宵待草」的現場演奏喔

伊香保温泉每年的壓軸楓葉季即將登場
竹久夢二伊香保記念館庭園內的楓葉也逐漸轉紅
絕對不輸河鹿橋的紅葉

I visited Takehisa Yumeji Ikaho Art Museum.
Takehisa Yumeji is a famous painter who epitomizes Taisho Romanticism.(Taisho Era:1912-1926)

Yumeji didn’t receive formal art training but, entirely self-taught, developed his own painting style. Because of the unique style, his paintings of beautiful women are known as “Yumeji style beauties.”
He was also a pioneer as a graphic designer, designing book and magazine covers as well as clothing and objects in his own brand “Minatoya.”

In the museum, there are not only Yumeji’s paintings but also many collections of antique furniture, vintage illuminations. In Giyamanrō, there are collections of Taisho/Showa Era glasses craftworks.

There are also antique music box and old piano concerts, which brings you back to Taisho Era.

The autumn leaves are going to turn into red and yellow. After 2 weeks that will become a must-see spot. I'm really looking forward to it.
