6年前のドゥテルテ前政権の麻薬戦争が、
今、フィリピンで話題になっています。　

この戦争は超法規として、
フィリピンの警察が麻薬容疑者6000人以上を殺害した事件でした。　

オランダ本部の国際刑事裁判所（ICC）は、この事件の捜査に乗り出しました。
それに合わせるように、当時の比国政権はICCを脱退しました。　
今、フィリピンの世論は、
”国家の独立と主権を守る（ドゥテルテ派）”と
”超法規殺人を認めない（マルコス派）”に分断。　

アメリカは選挙に向けて、バイデン派とトランプ派の対立。
対立は160年前の南北戦争の様相を呈し、アメリカ国内は分断。

ウ・露戦争はヨーロッパを分断。
なかなか平和が戻らない。

イスラエルは国防という大義名分を御旗に、
ガザ地区で独ナチのホロコーストを再現。
聖書の「汝、殺すなかれ、盗むなかれ」は空念仏？　

日本は隣国の脅しや領海侵略に「慣らされ」、
パーティー券疑惑議員、美女ハニートラップ議員、ソーラーパネル利権議員・・・、
なんと、国民を忘れたパラサイト（寄生虫）疑惑議員の多いことか？

アメリカで映画ゴジラvsコングが高く評価されているらしいですね。
それって、世界の危機状態分かる気がします。

半導体企業TSMCの米国や日本への工場建設は、
米中経済戦争など、何かと話題になっています。

先週、米テキサス・インスツルメンツ(TI社)が、
半導体でフィリピンに約1400億円の投資すると発表しました。

今から25年前、テキサス・インスツルメンツの友人が、
バギオ市の我が家によく遊びに来ていました。
そんな関係で、フィリピンで教育事業を始めた1999年頃を思い出しました。
