What a review - makes all the hard work worhwhile...!!!

On April 6 we did the half day tour of Yokohama, we were 3 Friends doing the tour. We absolutely enjoyed John, our private guide. He answered a myriad of questions we had about the city and its history. We covered a lot of ground but at a very comfortable pace. We saw areas we would have never gotten to on our own. I loved all the communication with Jewel from the time of booking the tour and leading up to the tour, it instilled a lot of confidence. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this tour company.
