Early this morning we went to inspect the snow that has fallen higher up Mt. Niseko Annupuri. We were hoping to get some great early season shots as the morning was due to be crystal clear, but that didn’t last for long.

Yesterday afternoon the temperature dropped sharply and throughout the night there were strong winds and steady rain. The bad weather has continued this morning but above approximately 500m snow has been falling.

Last night Downtown cafe held its opening party for the 2011 summer season. This year there has been a change in management team and Mexican is now on the menu. I was lucky enough to get a taste of the the Nachos earlier in the day HOLA’ Sooooo good.
The grand Hirafu is last day for this season, It was awsome season for Pow!
Hope we will have same one or better one in next season.
