Mount Moiwa, famous for its night views, stands at an elevation of 531 meters and offers a panoramic view of Sapporo city. To reach the summit, you can take a combination of a ropeway and a mini cable car. During the day, if the weather is clear, you can see both the mountains and the sea. You might even encounter foxes and Ezo squirrels. At night, the cityscape of Sapporo, where approximately 2 million people reside, spreads out like a sea of lights before your eyes.

This video was shot of the Hot spring River from the window of a hotel in Kawayu Onsen. Kawayu's hot spring water comes from a nearby sulfur mine and is of good quality and abundant. The steamy atmosphere of the hot spring town will make you feel like you are being embraced by the hot spring when you take a walk. Nearby are Lake Kussharo, where swans fly in, and Lake Mashu, the clearest lake in Japan. When you travel to the east of Hokkaido, you should visit Kawayu Onsen!

The 73rd Sapporo Snow Festival is just now taking place. About 160 snow statues are displayed in Odori Park, including a large snow sculpture of the Hoheikan, which was faithfully reproduced in detail using a special technique called ice block method. At night, you can experience the history of Hokkaido through projection mapping.
