Our facility is relocated into a new facility this month. We moved out of the previous one in May, 2020, due to the pandemic. Though we were looking for the new one, it took time to find a suitable property for our business. The house itself is over 100 years old, but renovated as a beautiful yet traditional Kyoto townhouse. If you have a chance to come around Shijo-Omiya or Shijo-Horikawa, please drop us by. (Please contact us in advance as we can't respond while our guests are taking a session.)

毎週土曜日夕方16時00分から放送の読売テレビ『発見！仰天！！プレミアもん！！！土曜はダメよ！』番組内の「土ダメ・ザ・ワールド」のコーナーでは、日本在住の外国人に密着し、日常生活の様子をお届けしておられます。

先日、いけばなに興味を持たれているカナダ人留学生のMarieさんが、お笑いコンビの爛々さんと一緒にいけばなに挑戦されました。僭越ながら講師役を務めさせていただき、その様子がコーナーの一部として3/25(土)の回にて放映されます。

We are happy to announce our facility Ami Kyoto restarts to provide ikebana and calligraphy experience for foreign visitors! Though we've been closed since March, 2020, due to the pandemic, finally we are able to face this day🥳These beautiful ladies from UK joined an ikebana session last week and the first calligraphy class after two and half years is held next week, which is very exciting.

As the situation is still unstable, our conditions are changed somehow, so please refer to our website. Anyway we are grateful to take a new step after walking a long tunnel🥰

2020年春より休業しておりましたが、入国の規制緩和を受け、いけばな体験と書道体験の受け入れを再開することになりました。こちらは先週いけばな体験に来てくださったイギリスからの女性たち🌼来週は２年半振りの書道体験も実施します。

とは言えまだ先行き不透明な状況ですので、以前の受入体制とは異なっています。もしご興味おありの方がいらっしゃいましたら、弊施設のホームページをご覧ください。とりあえずコロナ後の世界に向けて一歩踏み出せたことがありがたいです🥰
