Finding accommodation in Kyoto:

In Kyoto, Airbnb typically offers better value for money compared to traditional hotels in the area. However, finding a top-quality Airbnb can be a challenge, as it reflects the owner's personal standards. What may be considered normal or comfortable varies greatly based on individual lifestyles and backgrounds. Those unfamiliar with English-speaking countries may not grasp the standard norms we adhere to.

Furthermore, Airbnb properties are often located in areas that might not be ideal for travelers, especially if they are unfamiliar with Kyoto's layout.

It seems that things are finally getting back to normal, and many people are travelling to (or planning to holiday in) Japan!

I am here to help. Japan Holiday Concierge is a personal travel assistant. I offer consultation and travel planning service.

I can offer consultation as to: where you shall visit and stay if you are travelling with small children, about skiing in Japan, about great hot springs, etc. Or for those seasoned Japan travellers, we can discuss your 3rd, 4th, and 5th destinations.

The service fee depends on what you require and the size of your travel party; if you are not that fussy person, it is probably around $300 to $600 for a 7-day travel arrangement.

Please only contact me if you are serious about hiring me. My clients generally end up saving thousands of dollars (and headache) by hiring me, that's for sure. 😀

But it's not just about saving money. For example, some hot spring Inns in Japan are not on the list of big travel agencies. Those places only take bookings by phone, usually 3 months in advance but sometimes 6 months in advance. I can help you discover such places and deals that you would not otherwise have had access to.
