「産業訪問 Industrial Study Tourism」とは？
「産業訪問 Industrial Study Tourism」は、「産業観光」、すなわち歴史的・文化的価値のある産業文化財（古い機械器具、工場遺構などのいわゆる産業遺産）、生産現場（工場、工房等）及び産業製品を観光資源とし、それらを通じてものづくりの心にふれるとともに、人的交流を促進する観光のうち、訪日外国人のビジネス客を対象にしたものです。（注：産業の中には一、二、三次各分野の産業を含む。）
2020年訪日外国人4000万人の受入目標に向け、日本の産業（最先端産業、エコ、リサイクル、近代化産業遺産等）が外国人観光客、MICEのテーマとしても関心が高く、期待が高まっている状況を踏まえ、地域の受入環境整備に向けた取り組み支援を進めて参ります。
