List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of August 3, 2020:

As of today, August 3, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, the domestic flights will not be allowed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) due to the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). International flights will still be allowed subject to restrictions.

Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

Cebu Pacific has resumed flights between Manila and Dubai with the following schedule:

Passengers travelling to Dubai are required the following

📌BEFORE depature:
Have a negative result on their PCR test report (validity: 96 hours);
📌Travel and health insurance coverage valid in the UAE, as required by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority;
📌Fill-up a Health Declaration Form.
Those without any of these requirements may be denied check-in or boarding

All passengers arriving in the Philippines are required to undergo the following:

📌COVID-19 RT-PCR test
Mandatory quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting test results
📌Pre-register prior to departure from Dubai to expedite airport procedures.
📌To save time, passengers are encouraged to pre-register and fill out the Electronic-Case Investigation Form (E-CIF) online at https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/.

Government travel regulations will apply for all passengers flying between Manila and Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL DAVAO BOUND PASSENGERS‼

Passengers of Cebu Pacific / PAL / Air Asia heading to Davao will have to present negative COVID-19 swab test results 48 hours before the date of departure from the airport of origin.

Effective July 20, 2020.
