so we’re officially taking a well deserved maintenance break 🥲😅 thank you ladies so much for the support you’ve shown us over the last season 🌺🫶 you’ve given us so much more to look forward to and now we’re heading back to the drawing board and soon enough we’ll be back and we’ll be better📝 all future retreats are now on pause until further notice, for now 🫶🏝️

towards the end of 2022, a lot of conversations came up with us regarding the idea that self-care & self-love practices actually have an extremely positive effect on your mental health and well-being… who would’ve thought 😂

this year, we’re excited to be taking a deeper look at how we can heal and balance our bodies with the correct nutrition. a lot of our womens workshops this year will be extremely intentional in leaving a long lasting impact 💓
