We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Tour Manager to oversee and coordinate travel experiences for groups and individuals. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel logistics, exceptional customer service, and unforgettable experiences for clients. You will be responsible for planning itineraries, managing tour guides, coordinating transportation, and handling on-the-go adjustments to ensure smooth and enjoyable trips.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

1. 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
•Develop and organize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and agency offerings.
• Arrange transportation, accommodations, meals, and sightseeing activities.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers, hotels, and local guides to ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor tour budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.

𝟮. 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Act as the main point of contact for travelers before, during, and after the tour.
• Provide detailed pre-tour briefings and answer client queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
• Handle emergencies, unexpected changes, and crisis management professionally.

3. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 & 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Supervise tour guides, drivers, and support staff.
• Manage daily tour schedules, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Handle ticketing, check-ins, and on-ground arrangements.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, staff, and travel partners.

𝟰. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Promote travel packages and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in social media content creation and customer engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Tour Manager, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and tour management software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
