There is just one "Crescent Island Game Sanctuary"
It is located on Lake Naivasha, in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya. This is one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya and is often called naivashas's best-kept secret.
The island is surrounded by water and it is actually a peninsula. It is currently only accessible by boat from the East or West side.
The shores host abundant birdlife including the Pelicans, cormorants and the African fish eagle. Many film companies have been to this island to film the large herds of Wildebeest, waterbuck, Zebra and gazelles.
