An adult male lion can weigh 500 to 600 pounds. A full dark mane is a sign of a healthy male lion. Lions spend much of their time resting and are inactive for about 20 hours a day. Lions are very powerful and fast, but they have very small hearts, so they do not have a lot of stamina.

Amboseli National Park: Known for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain.
Samburu National Reserve: Home to unique wildlife species like the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, and reticulated giraffe.
Lake Nakuru National Park: A paradise for bird lovers, with thousands of flamingos and other bird species. It also has rhinos, lions, and other wildlife.
Tsavo National Parks: Divided into Tsavo East and Tsavo West, these parks are among the largest in Kenya and offer diverse landscapes, including volcanic hills, savannahs, and the Galena River.
