I am a Customer Service and Hospitality professional with over 25yrs Africa tour operating experience; I landed on tourism purely by chance, but we fitted like a hand and glove. Living and working in all the East African countries and acting across the continent has given me a unique perspective on Africa; I have learned to love and deeply appreciate her unique and diverse tourism attractions from
the flora, fauna and topography to unique peoples and cultures. My desire is to be part of a challenging and committed organization where the customer not only feels needed, welcomed and fully assisted but where too their expectations are not only met but by far exceeded. As Group CEO, this is my core objective, to make SafariDMC the foremost customer service company in Africa.
