Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is one of the most beautiful parks in Kenya with over 56 different species of mammals including the White Rhino and Buffaloes and a wide variety of terrestrial birds. Amazing bird watching. Nakuru is known for its vast abundance of birds, at least over 450 species. Menengai Crater. Menengai Crater is a massive shield Volcano with one of the biggest calderas in the world, located in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya. It’s an exciting expedition to go down to the bottom of the crater. Lake Nakuru is an alkaline lake of great biodiversity. It’s size is 45 km2. Flamingos –There are between 1 to 2 million flamingos in Lake Nakuru. They are a sight to behold. Restaurants and city life – Nakuru is a vibrant city that has malls, restaurants and hypermarkets. The culture of the people is diverse with different community tribes.
