I do not know of a wildlife location quite like Naboisho. The term ‘epic’ hardly does it justice. It is a safari destination that delivers unrivaled game viewing every day of the year; prides of lion, leaps of leopard, coalitions of cheetah, clans of hyena, dazzles of zebra, confusions of wildebeest, herds of elephant, pods of hippo and the list goes on. The photos here are just a snippet of what my guests and I saw in 12 days back in December.

Onto September and beautiful weather created amazing light. Crisp mornings and colorful evenings. The rains earlier in the season made it all look healthy and fresh. The moon and the stars played their part at Loisaba. The migration was in full swing in the Mara and all the cats were out to play.

Animals galore on this safari in august. Through mobile camps, star beds and luxury lodges in diverse locations we had almost all our sightings to ourselves. The white buffalo being a highlight.

About as diverse as you can get when it comes to wildlife and landscape on the whole African continent. A truly magical Kenya safari a couple of months back.

An incredibly successful safari with amazing guests to close out the season. The rain kept coming but with some luck we were rewarded with mind blowing wildlife viewing. This is why I love my job!

We ended up losing track of lion sightings but 15 cheetah and 6 leopard was enough to remember an amazing safari. And one lovely black spitting cobra made an appearance to my guests delight!

Rain, lightning, greenery, flowers, flash floods, mist, clouds…..almost like I have never seen. And the roads; just treacherous. Anyway we made it through unscathed with memories of a lifetime
