Kampur Travel Diaries is a Kenyan owned, family run safari operator and planner with a difference. All our recommendations of itineraries, adventures and accommodation come from our personal experiences of over 20yrs, ensuring that you have the perfect safari. Prior to the inception of our business, we were empowering communities in beautiful Northern Kenya. It was therefore a natural progression

for us to make the decision (from when we started the business) to plough back part of the proceeds from every safari into our programs in this region.

With world cheetah numbers estimated at 7000 or less, we do hope this cute little curious one makes it to adulthood. Captured on safari in the beautiful conservation success story that is Naboisho Conservancy in the Maasai Mara.

Happy World Cheetah Day.

Visiting Soysambu Conservancy is great throughout the year. Kenya is known as a “year-round destination” which can be visited anytime.

Asante sana to all our guests who have booked safaris with us in 2023. You have been instrumental in our continued conservation programs in Kenya.

So far we have distributed 541 high quality double flasked bottles to the front-liners of conservation in some of the most remote regions in Kenya in Samburu, Isiolo and Garissa counties.

We look forward to booking your next dream safari in East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda) and to continue our positive impact by giving back to the community, environment and wildlife.

A magical end to a superb week, and this was in our beautiful backyard of the truly under-rated Nairobi National Park. Our guests thoroughly relished this sighting of the Mama cheetah with her three cubs feasting on an impala, with only a few other vehicles around. In fact they be of the guests said he really did not realize that NNP was so magnificent and was glad he experienced it.

These seeds will help Solio Ranch/Game Reserve with our Afforestation program. Together, let's nurture and preserve our precious natural resources. As a safari company we are honored and grateful we are able to continue our conservation work in Northern Kenya.

Over the past weekend we had the privilege to give 162 rangers double walled water bottles in Buffalo Springs, Shaba and Samburu National reserves to continue protecting wildlife in this beautiful region. It was nice to see all the 3 areas lush green.

We want to thank all our guests who have booked safaris with us in the last five months of 2023 for trusting us to create memorable experience in East Africa with us.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of the community!! Looking forward to more programs together!

Kampur Foundation Africa Ltd with the support of Solio Game Reserve donated Sanitary Towels to 3 of the schools which Solio Game Reserve Supports. Many times young ladies miss school because they lack funds to get these Sanitary towels, and some use alternative means for sanitary towels. Kampur Foundation donated 170 kits for the young ladies to use to keep them in school.
It was an eventful day full of dancing, learning and a lot of excitement for the young ladies.

The elusive one… Always a great sight to see the beautiful leopards. They call her Bella 2 and as she walked out of the bushes, she took our breath away.
