Are my eyes open? Idk. All I know is I LOVE THE SUN 🌞
Today has been such a great day. Woke up, had my lemon water and celery juice as per 🤍 started writing in my journal and before I knew it I was 3 pages full of feelings and it felt GREAT to let that go - if you don’t journal you should start!! 📓
I went for a 40 min walk with my mum (took some pics duh.. the sun was out) .. got home did a 25 min HIIT from my fav babe and finished with 10 mins of core!

Had my smoothie and now i feel amazing.. it’s the little things that bring the joy✨🤍

When I started an business all I really was thinking about was earning an extra maybe $200 a month, just enough to pay my extra monthly bills. I mean that’s kinda cool right?

Then when I really started to understand what this business was all about, all I wanted to do was help other people understand the importance of clean, non-toxic beauty and wellness products.

I understand you love your protein from that brand who gives you a discount code to share with people .. but I mean does earning $20 a month from that really make you happy and satisfied? What if there was a way to earn more? Enough to pay your car insurance, or your rent? What if there was a way to not only earn that but to also impact the lives of SO MANY people! Would you so easily change your brand to arbonne?

That’s all I did. I am forever proud of myself for choosing the “difficult” more “unpopular” path.. because networkmarking is now my full time gig. I dedicated 2 years of hard work, passion, a love for the company and products, and teaching people the same thing.. and things really changed... why not you?

Wow... 2 years have FLOWN by!! I remember when I was asked about this business I shrugged my shoulder as if “how dare you ask me to do that?” I didn’t even know what it was! But I was slightly offended (sorry ) 😅
Truth is I had no idea what I was even saying no to, I was just really annoyed that this girl I had barely just met (working at a bar) thought I’d even give her the time of day.
Anyways fast forward 4 MONTHS I finally entertained her “little idea” cause I thought omg maybe if I go to this presentation and hear her out, she will stop.😂 (Mind you I loved the products cause she would always bring me fizz and protein while working late nights)
So I went, I listened, I didn’t say a word the whole time I was there, but I fell in love with the opportunity and thought literally “what the hell... sure why not me, sign me up my life isn’t great anyways so I have nothing to lose” and I did. October 2nd 2018 is when I started my arbonne business and I am now in the top 6% of all consultants and I am not even close to finished yet. 🙌🏼
I think it’s safe to say I’m BLESSSSED my girl beth kept checking in on me for 4 months and didn’t give up on me. She saw something powerful and inspiring within me, something I couldn’t see at all. Morning Routines, do you have one? I was never one for a routine first thing in the AM, but now I swear by it✨

I’m not sure if you’ve realized, but for the past 1 year & 10 months I have started my morning with greens 🥬, pre and probiotics and my fizzies (naturally derived caffeine and b vitamins), with 1L of water.💧That has been the FIRST thing in my body for EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS! When I say these products have changed the way I start my day.. I mean it.

I make my bed every single day, setting myself up for success first thing in the morning 🦋

Next up, is my personal development📚 I set my timer for 30 minutes, I sit outside, get fresh air and read! Right now I am reading ‘The 5AM Club’ and it’s amazing, I’m almost finished, I average about 2-3 books a month, that’s lot of knowledge and growth being poured into my brain DAILY 🧠

Lastly, I have recently started writing out my affirmations, gratitudes and doing a huge brain dump and releasing all of the negative emotions, feelings & thoughts I’ve had going on in my mind! Releasing the negative so I can attract more positive influence in my life. It’s changed the way I start my day, if you haven’t done this I highly recommend it. 💎 (thanks to for recommending this to me)

Delicious homemade chia seed pudding🍓🍓🙌🏼
Thanks to for this recipe! 🙏 It’s so so good, sweet from the maple syrup and I topped it with some granola to give it a delicious crunch!
Her recipe is:

• 1 cup plant milk (I used almond)
• 3 large tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

For my toppings I used locally grown (of course) strawberries & blueberries, h**p hearts and some gluten free granola with chia seeds!🤤

Ginger & turmeric bowl for breakfast today 🤍
Recipe:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup plant milk (I used vanilla almond)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 dates
2 scoops vanilla protein (I used arbonne)
1 scoop fiber boost (I used arbonne)
1 scoop multivitamin (I used arbonne)
A couple ice cubes
Blend and top with whatever you want!!
I topped mine with coconut, honey, and chia seed granola!
ENJOY!! 🤤🤤
