Shanzu Kenya Safaris is a Mombasa based Safari and Tour Operator, offering customized and tailor-made Safari holiday packages for travelers to all of Kenya National parks and to the Northern Parks of Tanzania. Our Service offers ranges from Luxury Lodge/ Camping Safaris, Hotel and Safari Lodge and Camp bookings. Our safari Driver/Guides:
We have well trained Driver-guides who are brief

ed per-safari and post-safari to ensure a smooth and hassle-free Safari. Further to this, we have multi-lingual guides and driver who have full command of various languages e.g. Germany, French, Italian and Spanish

Our Safari vehicles:
We own and maintains a clean fleet of custom-made Safari Minibuses and 4X4 Safari Land Cruisers with pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sight seeing and photography. Our Safari vehicles are fitted with HF long range radios for easy communication. The vehicles are fully equipped with cool-boxes and first aid kits,In Tanzania, we use 4x4 Landcruiser/Landrovers or Jeeps. Our safari Destinations:
We offer Services to the all Major National Reserve / Park within Kenya (Tsavo East and West, Amboseli, Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu, Aberdares, Mount Kenya and The Great Rift Valley) & Tanzania (Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater). Our safari services may be classified but not limited to Kenya wildlife Safaris, Road & Flight/air safari Packages, road Safaris, Lodges safari, Camping safaris. Our guiding principle is to work with each client, family and group in an individual way. We encourage you to work with us, discussing your interests, style of travel, budget, time frame and any other factors that would influence your trip - to come up with an itinerary best suited to you, your family or group. Our Objectives:

History has it that, the baobab tree was a hideout for a German female sniper during the world war.

A German widow, who is said to have lost her husband in the war, is said to have hid in a hollow part of the tree and shot at British soldiers who passed-by.

The tree is said to be more than 450 years and the bullets which were fired to it by British forces left deep marks that are still evident on its bark to date.
