Our day was filled with fun and smiles. But getting the most out of our Multi-Pass was a challenge and I learned a lot in regards to how I will advise my guests moving forward.
It wasnโt so much an issue with getting a decent number of LLs, but more of an issue with the return times. For many of the top attractions, returns were already into the late afternoon/evening. This could be great for families that are staying all night, park hopping, or families that like a break and then come back. If that is you, you can stack yourself up a nice evening of rides! If itโs not you, your # of LLs might be on the low side.
For us, the pre-lunch timeframe was the challenge because there wasnโt anything we could take one for right away. We did take about a 2 hour break at Grand Floridian (Weston actually fell asleep) and came back in with 3 rides stacked. It worked out but not how I planned. Now I want to go back and try it another way. Good thing Iโm going in October ๐

A little something personalโฆ..
My Grandma left this world today. She lived a long wonderful life and I am so thankful for that. She is one of the big reasons my love for Disney World is what it is today.
She was with my family on our first visit in 1985. There are not many videos of her from that trip because she was often the one lugging the massive BETA camcorder on her tiny 4ft 11in frame. She was the one making sure the memories, the smiles, the magic were captured. She recorded our first walk through of the castle and you can hear her saying โTurn around and wave, Jennie!โ.
After that trip we watched that BETA recording over and over. I knew the words to the Main Street Parade by heart. Definitely sang โitโs a small worldโ on repeat and laughed as I coward away from the scariest Pluto character breakfast interaction ever. Am I right Nicholas Gerhardt?
She loved the nostalgia of Disney World and how she could take my mom at 18 years olds to Hoop Dee Do Revue, then my brother and I to that same show on our first visit and then my children on their first visits.
Her love for those moments and creating lasting memories is why I cherish what I do so much.
If you have the opportunity to travel with grandparents with your kids as well, please do it. Take the trip. Make the memories. You wonโt regret it. โค๏ธ
