For many years, horses have helped shepherds to transport their temporary homes (yurts) through the passes of high-altitude pastures. The horse is considered an integral part of the life of the nomadic people. Over the course of several days, you will visit various climatic zones - from semi-deserts to tundra. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to spend the night in a yurt, the real dwelling of ancient nomads, and get to know their life and culture.
Skills Required: This tour is recommended for those who are able to independently climb on a horse, dismount a horse, hold in the saddle while walking, and steer a horse on flat terrain.
Additional Conditions: During the tour, the guide and groom will keep an eye on you and the horses. The time in the saddle is about 4-6 hours a day. The difference in altitude during the tour varies from 800 to 2500 meters above sea level.
