We receive strong support from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, through The National Productivity Centre of Cambodia (NPCC), Lyly Company was chosen by APO (Japan) organization in their project as a model company to implement 4 of the following:
1) In August 2015, we implemented 5s and Kaizen.
2) In November 2009, we implemented Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
3) In June 2011, we implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
4) In October 2016, we implemented the scheme for food safety systems (ISO 220000:2011). Lyly Company was chosen as the outstanding company by UNIDO (Switzerland):
1) In January, 2006 Lyly Company became an outstanding company for developing Cleaner Production (CP).
2) In 2010, Lyly Company became an outstanding company for developing Energy Efficiency (EE).
3) In 2011, Lyly Company was chosen as a leading Company for developing Sustainable Production Innovation.
4) In 2012, Lyly Food became a leading company for practicing Waste Agriculture Biomass to Energy (WAB2E).
5) In 2014 Lyly Food became a leading company for obtaining the Standard ISO 50001:2011. In October, 2013 JICA organization in Japan awarded Lyly Food Company as a leading company for strengthening the development of small and medium size businesses. Support from other organizations:

In January, 2008 JODC organisation in Japan provided a specialist from Japan to assist in product quality management and hygiene management for 6 months. In September, 2010 SES organisation in England provided a specialist to aid in production techinical for two months. In June, 2010 IMPACT organisation provided vitamin supplements that was added to the products to improve the health of Cambodian children

In August, 2009 HAGAR organisation provided protein supplements that was to be added in the products

In October, 2009 both GTZ organisation and BASF organisation provided Vitamin A supplements to be added to Lyly Crackers

In October, 2015 SES organization in England provided a speicalist to aid in product quality management. Awards:
-In December, 2011, LY LY FOOD Company received an award for being an outstanding contender in GS1-Cambodia.
- In October, 2011, LY LY FOOD Company received an award as a newly developed manufacturing company during ASEAN press conference in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
- In September, 2009, LY LY FOOD Company received an award for being an outstanding company in Vietnam
- In June, 2013, LY LY FOOD Company received a Golden Award in Manufacturing Cambodia
- In May, 2013, LY LY FOOD Company became the first Company in Cambodia to obtain HACCP Certificate.
- In 2014, LY LY FOOD Company obtained a golden award from The International Taste and Quality Institute (ITGI).
- In November, 2014, LY LY FOOD Company was the first Company that attain the ISO 50001:2011 in Cambodia.
- In March, 2014, LY LY FOOD Company received an award as a leading Women Entrepreneurship in ASEAN region in Vietnam.
- In April, 2015, LY LY FOOD Company received an award for the “BEST ENTERPRISE” in the United Kingdom (UK).
- In May, 2015 LY LY FOOD Company received an award for the Cambodian Women Young Entrepreneur (CYEA).
- In 2015, LY LY FOOD Company received an award for The International Taste and Quality Institute (ITGI 2015) from Belgium.
- On the 14th February, LYLY FOOD Company obtained the second HACCP Certificate.

Our Story

LyLy Food Industry was founded in May 2002 to give opportunity of employment to Cambodian poor people, illiterate persons, unqualified persons, orphans and so forth and to enable farmers to grow rice, corn etc. to distribute to the company, which reduces the poverty and the import of products from neighboring countries. By the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Commerce, LyLy Food was selected to be example company for the industry. Most important achievements include: 1. In May 2003, the company became the member of Phnom Penh Small and Medium Industrial Association in the position of Vice President of PSMIA. 2. In August 2005, the company was selected by APO of Japan as a Model Company which can to execute the activity of S5 and Kaizen in the part of good Quality and good Sanitation. 3. In January 2006, the company was selected by UNIDO of Swiss as a model company that have improved and corrective to get a high standard of clean production. 4. In December 2006, the company became the member of Assembly of Profession and Cambodia Micro Enterprise in the duty of Vice General Secretary. 5. The company received a training course from the expertise of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy, and expertise from other countries. 6. The company received expertise from JODC (Japan Oversea Development Center) to make a training course of productivity in the period of 6 months. 7. In June 2008, the company was aided with Vitamin and minerals by IMPAC Cambodia to put in the snacks as a purpose to reduce disability amongst children of young age. 8. In August 2009, HAGAR provided protein powder to put in the snacks. 9. In September 2009, the company got an award as being a marvelous company by Vietnam. 10. In November 2009, the company was selected by APO of Japan as a Model Company which can to execute the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety. 11. In March 2011, the company actively took part in the SPIN project, as part of the EU SWITCH ASIA program. SPIN stands for Sustainable Product Innovation, its main goal is to improve sustainability and competitiveness of participating companies. 12. In June 2011, the company was selected by APO of Japan and supported by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy as a Model company to apply for the HACCP certification. 13. In October 2011, the company's CEO Ms. Keo Mom received the Young Entrepreneurs Award by the 4th Asian - China Conference. 14. In November 2011, the company opened her new office on the factory site and increased and optimized storage capacity. With the support of Ministry of Commerce, LyLy Food has joined both production exhibitions in Cambodia and foreign countries such as Japan, China, Vietnam and Thailand.
