Forced break! Some of us do not know when to stop, so nature, every now and then, forces us to pause. I had to force these indefatigable men to pause for a picture. We're working hard to dust off your favorite Seven Mile Beach destination. Our beach is beautiful and we are so thankful for all the prayers and messages of encouragement. Eternally grateful to GV Supermen, Cayman Prepared, Cayman Gov, DOT, Cayman Airways, CITA, Radio Cayman, CUC, Cayman Water, RCIPS, Cayman Strong, all the local social media outlets that kept us informed and updated and all the people who work extra long, extra hard to keep us all safe. • The beautiful and legendary Travelers palm is actually not a palm at all, but a spectacular palm-like imposter related to the Banana tree and the Bird of paradise?
• These impressive trees from Madagascar feature a fan-shaped pattern like a peacock's tail and can grow to upwards of 30 feet tall. It is said that a parched traveler can poke a hole almost anywhere on the tree and get enough clean water for a good drink. This is because the leaves collect rainwater which flows into the plant's stems, base, and even its flowers. The tree's seeds are edible and nutritious.and its leaves have traditional medicinal uses.
• It is widely believed that the leaves grow in an east-west direction and will turn if planted north-south.

The Grandview is a true beauty and hidden gem, tucked away from the main road yet nestled right on the Southern end of the beautiful Seven Mile Beach, it is the perfect getaway. Once here you will feel transported into a tranquil oasis minus the crowds yet everything you need is just minutes away including amazing restaurants, shopping, activities and more.
Our property consists of 69 privately owned condos of which 20 are in our condo vacation rental pool. Of these, 20 units consist of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and one 3 bedroom 2 bathroom units ranging from Ocean View to Ocean Front, located either on the ground, second or third floor for guests to choose from. Each of our units offer stunning ocean views beach front or set back in our beautiful garden.
