Sunset Cove on Seven Mile Beach is the best kept secret. Individually owned condos. You may book directly with owners to save on booking fees.

One of the largest swimming pools with a swim up bar. Swim in the cove or to the beautiful reef out of the cove. Within walking distance to many restaurants, gym, Georgetown, two grocery stores and Camana Bay.

Plus you won't need to wake up early to place your towel on the loungers since many of the owners work on the island. While they are at work, you get to play, swim and eat on site at Sunset Cove.

Grand Cayman Island is 22 miles long, 8 miles wide and you won't have enough time to take in all that it offers. Scuba diving, snorkeling, lounging on Seven Mile Beach and a foodie's paradise. Stingray City, riding horses on the beach and swimming in the sea with them, diving down to the Kittiwake, swimming with turtles in the sea or at the Turtle Center and swimming with dolphins at Dolphin Discovery.

February 8, 1794 - Ten ships that were part of a convoy on its way from Jamaica to the United States and Britain wrecked on the surrounding reef. While local residents braved the stormy waters and successfully rescued 450 people from the ships' crews and passengers, eight people from the convoy died.Following the British Royal Navy's capture of the French 12-pounder frigate, l'Inconstante, off of St. Domingue, the British took charge of the ship in November 1793, renaming her HMS Convert. The newly christened naval frigate and her seasoned captain, John Lawford, were ordered to es**rt a 6-vessel merchant convoy from Jamaica to Britain. Three other vessels, bound for the United States, joined the convoy. The nine merchant ships were: Britannia, Eagle, Fortune, Ludlow, Moorhall, Nancy, Richard, Sally, and William and Elizabeth.[1] - Wikipedia

The Cayman Islands government has announced it is dropping all its remaining travel-related COVID restrictions, meaning travellers will no longer be required to obtain permission from Travel Cayman to enter the islands and unvaccinated tourists will be able to come here without having to quarantine.
