ed the first dive company in the Caribbean back in 1957. Curious about the sport of diving, people from around the world visited the islands to dive with Bob and, from a young age, Randy developed a passion for the area’s water, sea life and history. Randy's love for the marine environment encouraged him to start Soto’s Cruises in 1987.
