The best feature of the island house is the spacious two story lanai with gorgeous furniture with a speculator view of the cove, a perfect place for entertaining. Just off the kitchen you will find a laundry room/pantry area with a full size washer and dryer and a separate powder room. Take a few steps outside of the lanai and there is an outdoor shower and your own charcoal BBQ grill. The house comes equipped with FREE wifi, a TV, DVD player and a stereo in the living area. Also included is FREE CALLS to the USA and Canada. The Pool has just been totally redone. The deck now is all inlayed tile. You can swim in your 20' x 40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and tables. Enter Rum Point Point Beach by taking a few steps from your front door on a sand path. As you walk toward the beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home.
